Staff on-site was friendly and took care of me. They compensated me for the issue I had with the vehicle.Cons:
When I called the office I was met with somewhat of a cold shoulder and kind of dismissed because he had a "lobby full of people". My issue was basically that the car was terrible. Every single speaker was blown and sounded terrible. 6 hours being in the care with no radio...suck.9.6 Wonderful

The service at pick up and drop off was excellent.Cons:
Before accepting the vehicle, I should have inspected the interior. All of the upholstery, front and back, was heavily soiled. There wasn't an ice scrapper in the car. On several mornings the windows were iced and I had to wait for the front and back defrosters to melt it.10.0 Wonderful

The car was great but they didn’t give it to me at my quoted price. I had to call customer service and am still trying to fix it.Cons:
Horrible pickup experience!Waited an hour past my reso for the ONE worker to clean a car for the renter ahead of me, rent it to them, check in another group who just wanted to extend their rent, then go back to the garage &clean/vacuum the car I would be renting! Again, she was the ONLY PESON THERE!10.0 Wonderful

The larger, short lady was extremely unfriendly and having a . very bad day. She would not discuss the final billing with me. I turned the car in 24 hrs later which was one hour later due to time zone switch and she wanted to charge me extra day.10.0 Wonderful

Pros:
Easy check in process. I liked the early return process. Matt did a good job going through everything. He tried to make right the van not being cleaned yet. Van options were very nice. Hands free/Blue-tooth phone capabilities and plenty of room for luggage and 4 people to stretch out in. We liked having the tuck away 3rd row seats. Leather seats made for easy cleaning. Overall, the van performed better than expected.Cons:
Matt was nice, seemed overwhelmed at the time. The lobby was full, it was spring break, and the van I was to get was not able to be cleaned yet. Matt asked me if I wanted to wait. I declined and took the van as is. He gave me a free car wash voucher. We walked through the pre-rental and took pictures of the exterior of the van. Minor knicks and dings (standard where and tear on a 50,000 mile vehicle) were noted. I spent my 1st 2 hours cleaning out big dog hair from the last customer and wiping down everything. I was not mad nor did I call to complain.10.0 Wonderful
