West Jet has a horrible boarding process and the seats have no cushion.

The A330-200 was showing its age but otherwise this was a pleasant flight with friendly crew. The meals/snack provided were pretty good.

Crew was not friendly when I went to request a seat change.

Airline stewardess service is good. The check-in attendant had a bad attitude and was unprofessional. We did not complete the trip as originally planned. Very dissatisfied☹️ We didn't get on this flight

We checked one bag. That was fast and the agent was fast and super nice. At the gate, boarding was fast and efficient. Flight was uneventful which was great because it was early in the morning and most folks were sleeping. Landing was great. Delta does a really good job of making the flying experience better all around considering you are sitting in such a small space on a plane for several hours. Flight from ALT to Panama City was short and uneventful as well. No entertainment but no need since it was such a short flight.

I received the two differed meals: chicken and pasta. I asked and I received. I am anti-wasting food!

The announcements about boarding were unclear and har.d to understand I almost missed the flight even though I wa in the boarding area. .

I appreciated being upgraded. I was very disappointed with my 13 hr layover in Seattle to geg, while my friends who flew Alaska made it home as scheduled. I had to reserve a hotel on my dime.

I am surprised that a company of such prestige would let you board a plane without air conditioning and no WiFi, not to mention that we had a delay of just over fifteen minutes and many passengers arrived...It was a flight beyond Delta's prestige.

Standard flight experience, but there is only power at the seat to row 20 on the aircraft, on my initial check in it did not say that was the case

I feel like they have upgraded the app since I last flew United and I found it to be super helpful. I had stopped flying United unless absolutely necessary and my experience on this trip indicates they have been working hard to improve their services.

The ride was good but no food ot entertainment hence, it was just over an hour flight.

Aircraft has better leg room than any of United's larger planes. We had requested mobility assistance for this and related flights. United's response to all was superb.

No snacks served! Seating in the kast row in uncomfortable.

Flight was fine, it was delayed but only 30 minutes, staff were efficient, lady making announcements at LAX was really hard to understand but the rest were great.

Planes were on time, we were offered opportunities to take seats in exit aisles that had better leg room, tasks offs and landings were smooth, we were kept informed of flight status

The male air hostess was rude and didn’t even offer me a drink. Poor customer service!

We left really late. Things that were out if anybody’s control I guess.

Nothing went smooth. From being threatened to pay $400 for omitting my middle name by agents in India or somewhere. In addition, I couldn't get an answer on how much a third bag would cost despite numerous calls to Lufthansa. Then I couldn't check in online because they wanted evidence of residency. I told them I have dual citizenship but that didn't help. Last but not least, my luggage didn't make it to my destination. I had Christmas presents that didn't get to family members on time. I also had to wait the entire day to have it delivered. I have never had such a bad experience with an airline. This is how you loose customers

Excellent host on board. Not so friendly check-in staff. Older plane with no food or entertainment due to short flight. Friendly captain and crew.

I don’t think there was entertainment? No mention of it. It was a good flight. Only complaint was my seat cushion was not attached and kept slipping.

Terrible 3-4-3 seat configuration, I thankfully was able to choose a seat at the back where it narrowed to 2-4-2 for some relief though seats were still narrow. Staff did not manage the boarding lines at all either, was total chaos.

LATE AGAIN. Seems like each time I use Air Canada there are delays ... extra 2 hours this time, making for a 22-hr day for me!!! The gate people did not seem to know what they were doing with loading people, unloading, checking carry-ons, letting some go ... very unorganized from Toronto to Detroit! Would have been faster to drive

The staff were on the last leg. But they were still very accommodating and polite. They were all very helpful with getting the bags up and getting people to their seats.

We were delayed by rain while we were on the tarmac. The crew came around and offered everyone water while we waiting 45 min in the plane.

Flight from Lisbon to Toronto was smooth, and we arrived early! Flight from Toronto to Denver was delayed about 40 minutes. We didn’t hear about the delay until after we had boarded the plane. The delay could have been handled better.

The seats were comfortable. However, be prepared to provide your own food (snacks) and drink. We had a 3.5 hr flight, one service was provided, a 4 ounce beverage. Saw flight crew for beverage service and trash pick up. Unless you purchase a meal or snack, nothing is provided. I am fine with bringing my own, but was accustomed to snack and beverage provided regardless of the duration of the flight. And note… typically a full size drink option on longer flights.

Air Canada cancelled my prepaid/prebooked seat selection and changed my seats without any options.

Glad to see the staff of Air Canada take preference in protecting their customers from unruly passengers before they board. Well done
