Good staff, good intent, decent entertainment. More seat space would always be of benefit

For a short flight, Qatar Airways offers very good onboard service.

It was a long flight but overall a good one. The one thing that I would comment on is that there is a real problem with disposable plastic products when it comes to the meal service. It would be great for Qatar Airways to find ways to make its meal service more circular and reduce the immense amount of waste.

Overall it was a very good experience. Boarding was efficient and well organized. The cabin crew were excellent. The meals were tasty and quite filling. The warm bread rolls were a nice touch. Seats were comfortable even if they were a little narrow. Entertainment selection was excellent.

The flight was good but my neighbor had the vent open full power for the whole flight and because the air was blowing from the side instead of from the top and I got very cold and ended up with a sore throat.

Was required to print a boarding pass, which I'd prefer to avoid. Seat (economy x) was comfortable, service was excellent.

After going through security and waiting for the flight at the gate, there was no access to bathrooms and no place to charge a phone while waiting for the flight. But once I was on the plane, everything was very good.

Okay not so good or great. The flight operated by Indigo is worst from boarding to luggage handling and food. Damaged one luggage and delayed another luggage. Still did not get it, since 2 days.

I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the recent flight experience I had with your airline. This has been one of the worst travel experiences I have ever encountered, and I feel compelled to bring it to your attention. Firstly, I missed my flight due to what I perceive to be a lack of clear communication and coordination on the part of your staff. There was no remorse or apology from the airline's representatives, which further exacerbated the situation. As a result of missing my flight, I was subjected to a 24-hour delay at the airport, where I had to spend a significant amount of money to rent a hotel room and cover other incidental expenses. Additionally, since my baggage was already checked in from Tanzania to Turkey, I had to purchase essential items for the 24-hour period. What truly dismayed me, however, was the discourteous and unprofessional attitude of your staff. Their lack of empathy and understanding only added to the stress and inconvenience of the situation. I have been traveling abroad for over 20 years, and I can confidently say that this experience has been the worst I have ever encountered. As a result, I am compelled to reconsider ever using your airline again for future travel. I strongly urge you to address the issues I have raised and take immediate steps to rectify the situation. Additionally, I expect a formal apology and a refund for the expenses I incurred due to the airline's negligence.

My mother got sick and dying and i have to change my flight and they charged me $2260 that is redisclose.

The crew was excellent, but the flight was a little delayed and the temperature on the plane was too warm.

Flight attendants were harsh, food could be better, took way too long to pick up food trays, were stuck with the crying babies the entire to and from trip. Restrictions of 8 kg for cabin luggage is ridiculous that’s barely 2 pairs of pants, shirts, shoes. There shouldn’t be any restrictions on the carry on luggage size except the checked in luggage. Attendants don’t even help with putting luggage in cabin space. Attendant picked up food tray and spilled cherry juice all over my husband and has the nerve to come back to ask why he hadn’t changed his clothes.

Staff didnt want to work, had to get up to get food and ear plugs myself even after calling the attendant multiple times. Both bags were not recieved in Dubai, called the next day to confirm bags were recieved and had to go to airport to pick up the bags. Now coming back to LAX one bag made it and the other bag is still missing.

My wife was struggling to walk, due to a very sore leg, and they had wheelchairs and pleasant assistants at every step of the way, whisking us around long lines at TSA, Passport Control, Boarding, and Customs. Even a special Boarding Bus that lifted us right up to door level on the airplane out on the tarmac. Slightly less effective arriving in Detroit, where we had to walk down the stairway, walk to a bus, and find our way into the terminal, where the assistance started up again. Meals, drinks and snacks were excellent, as was the variety of entertainment, with nice screens right on the backs of the seats. Complimentary blankets and pillows for everyone. Pleasant, considerate flight attendants, generous with the drinks and snacks. All-around class act.

Check-in very easy and smooth. Plane and crew were nice. Seat open next to me created more space. Food was fair but plentiful. Lots of movies and I was able to sleep some on the way to Munich. Very tight connection, about an hour. Fast through passport control and a bit of a walk to last G terminal gate but I made my connection to Palma. Unfortunately, my luggage did not make it. It is now almost 24 hours since I anded and still NO luggage. I know it landed last night on another flight. Local delivery should be today to my hotel in Palma but nothing yet. I asked about the tight connection when I checked in and was assured they would get my luggage to the connecting flight. Very disappointing it missed my flight but more disappointing that it has taken so long to arrive. Failure on the airlines and service to get my luggage to date.

Food was OK.. nothing to rave about but it was tasty enough. Many choices to choose from for entertainment. Seats tight but comfortable. Flight attendants cheerful & helpful.

I ended up buying (for $340) "extra space" seats because I my flying partner was given a STY boarding pass, leading me to conclude that she was on standby and that we had to buy seats on the flight. I later learned that the flight was not sold out and that we could have gotten on as usual. To be honest, I felt swindled.

I'm Canadian. I have the unfortunate experience of pretty not having the choice to fly with them. THEY ARE TERRIBLE.

The process overall was pretty seamless, and the crew were very friendly (especially Michael). Considering we booked expecting Lufthansa and the flight was operated by United, it was still a very good service and journey overall. The in-flight entertainment was great, with lots of quality options. One slight negative was that I had selected a vegetarian meal prior to flying, but received a vegan one. I think there should be more dietary options as it meant I missed out on some food that I would have preferred (and it seemed like the standard meals and snacks had a vegetarian option anyway). There was also a group of people who were moving around a lot and being generally disruptive at the quietest part of the flight, when the lights were off and most people were sleeping. I would have appreciated staff stepping in to encourage them to be mindful of others). Towards the end of the flight (which was very early in the morning in both time zones), the lights suddenly came on and breakfast was served. In my opinion, this was too early, and everyone was rudely awoken from sleep. After breakfast was cleared away, the lights went off again for about 45 minutes, allowing people to sleep some more. Then the lights came on again for landing. It seems like if they had served breakfast later, the lights on-lights off-lights on shenanigans could have been avoided, and people could have slept longer (and staff could have rested longer too).

Flying economy is like being packed into a sardine can.

The BA team at Sky Harbor is deplorable, full of unnecessary attitude and poor communication. It seems like every member of the team was looking at another to solve the problem, instead of taking agency to do so themselves. I saw no less than 6 altercations with the same gate agent where he threatened to revoke the passengers boarding pass for asking a wildly reasonable question, something as simple as where the cue to board was. I’ve complained to BA before but it seems this isn’t an issue for them, which is very disappointing

It was very good. We got a late start by about an hour and a half. However I worked rather have that than crash. It was purely mechanical. They had our tickets ready when we came off the plane in London for the next leg. The only mishap was when we got to Lisbon my husbands luggage made or bit mine didn't. All was not lost because I did finally get it 2 days later. I was really pleased that they c made the effort.

Business lounge in Naples is very spartan with poor food and not very comfortable. Late departure from gate, ride bust then wait on runway for 30 minutes. Almost an hour late departing. Business class was middle seat empty. We exit row do reasonable comfort. Service was friendly and prompt but drink offerings limited with some selections requiring extra charge.

Liked that my American Airlines status seamlessly transferred to BA so luggage check was free. Flights were on time, boarding quick. Wish they didn’t assign connecting gate so late at Heathrow.

The entire process was flawless and as expected flying first class. The only thing that I have a complaint on...when first boarding, the plane was EXTREMELY cold; then when we were trying to sleep, it was way too hot - just better regulating (especially trying to sleep) would have made it perfect.

Food was not good. Tasted stale and dry. When seats moved to lie flat they were very uncomfortable. No free internet. No live tv. Not flight map. Arrived safely and on time. Boarding easy.

Pegasus is not a very comfortable airline. They’re not in any way hospitable

Flight delayed by 1hr when we already boarded because someone had to get off. Leg room is terrible for 6ft people like me.

The crew was utterly non helping and non courteous.I asked for a water. The air hostess could have said it's paid . She informed me that I will come later after serving but never turned up. The seats were never comfortable.My first and last flight with Pegasus.I am not taking again

The plane left Istanbul 1 hour late and the AC was not really working great it was so hot inside and no air. This was my worst flight in a long time since I had a flight with Ryanair.

Cheap and cheerful. It’s a super cheap, no frills flight. Very professional and as it’s an A320 relatively spacious. Seats do not recline. Happy with the service. You get what you pay for. Can’t complain

I had 4 flights for less than a week and there were no delays and issues. Thanks to the crews and for perfectly organised service.
