Notsure if it was an issue with the airline or Guatemala Int airport, but boarding information, times posted, and boarding to aircraft where contadicting n confusing - relied on gate airline staff n fellow travelers.
The flight was cancelled 2 time as. The airline was stranded me in Guatemala with no solution.
My flight was cancelled 2 times with no solution left stranded in Guatemala.
Boarding was long and messy. No food was offered on the flight. No entertainemnt. Clean flight however.
Pros: "No crew, only the pilot and copilot. Extremely small plane. Virtually impossible avoiding forking out extra $20 for luggage. Carry-on luggage display is barely the size of a 15 inch laptop, smaller than one at Guatemala airport. So if you weren't hit by luggage fees outboard, you sure will inbou"
Cons: "Low fares, very small planes, no assigned seating despite what boarding pass says. A low cost option, however due to size of planes, luggage restrictions are so onerous it would be better to go on another airline. This is not a comment on the professionalism, dedication, moral of staff."
Pros: "It was cheap. However the baggage restrictions has us scrambling for a storage solution for our luggage. We had an international flight 4 hours after our return flight arrival at Guatemala City Airport. The airport does not have left luggage lockers, nor do most hotels offer this service."
Cons: "The outbound flight was on a small plane, the return flight on the same airline at 1p the following day was even smaller! The carry-on display at Flores airport was even smaller than the one at Guatemala airport. Unless you are the size of a mouse, you will bound to pay $20 extra for luggage."
