Flight got delayed due to a technical issue, but they were quick to find an alternative airplane.
Terrible boarding , Business class seats are sub standard. As usual crew will miss your food too
We sat on runway for an 1 hour because they were short handed at key west airport was not fun

I did like the employee's, they are very friendly and all smiled most of the time, Overall, from checking in bags to getting on plane, not enough employees to be able to get all on the plane, therefore I was not able to get on the plane, due to no one wea there for me to check in my bag, so I decided to go thru the security point and by the time they were done with my bags, I was told that my bag cannot be checked in, and then found out that the lady that does the check in was boarding the customers onto the plane, she said that she was going back and fourth, there for was not able to get on the plane, which changed all my flights by the time I got to Dallas, I was on standby 3 times, and wasn't sure about being able to get on the fourth plane, so ended up buying another plane ticket, so I could make my destination on time.

Flight was 2 1/2 hours late and information at the gate was inaccurate and inconsistent with online data.
Flight was delayed. Paid $250 per person to upgrade to first class. Seats didn’t even come with a screen for entertainment, didn’t get a blanket or pillow or anything, the poor hostesses looked like they were scrambling the entire time because there wasn’t enough of them. My premium economy seat on my previous flight was a better deal. Once at the airport (landed at midnight after 26 hours of travel) our bags didn’t arrive until after 2 AM. We kept asking the AA crew where our bags were and they told us for two hours “they should be coming out now” and offered little to no help in terms of what we could do to get our bags or where our bags were. They even disappeared into a back room for a solid 15-20 minutes when they got tired of not helping the dozen or so passengers waiting for two hours for their bags.
