It was not Iberia. It was with United. It was great!!!
They offered several meals and snacks, the crew was very friendly and kind. There was a broad selection of movies, shows, and games. I was impressed!
My son and I are 193 cm tall. We had reserved and paid for seats with extra leg room towards the front of the cabin. The day of the flight, we learned that Iberia had changed aircraft. We were assigned regular seats way back in the cabin. When we landed from our first leg we spoke with agents at the gate and we were told that they couldn’t improve our seats because the flight was full.
I could change to business before flight and everything was perfect except for entertainment which was none.
Boarding process was chaotic and disorganized. The plane needs updating in the interior. Things are broken, worn out, and dated
My luggage never arrived in Miami; still waiting a day later.
Iberia personnel on the ground is so rude. I would think twice in the future before booking another Iberia flight

Several amenities included. Our bag was a little heavy so they checked it without charge. Earbuds were included. Entertainment selection was fantastic. Very pleasant and helpful travel and flight crew.
Only problem we experienced was not anything to do with Lufthansa. When changing planes in Frankfurt we spent over an hour on passport control line. Lufthansa did a marvelous job on everything from keeping me informed via texts, to terrific cabin crew.
It never happened. The flight was canceled because of ground crew strikes in Germany.

Crew was great, captain included. Food was scarce, bread was not fresh. seats were very tight, backing seat to sleep disturbs customers. No leg room. earphones uncomfortable. Your extra charges for bags is very problematic for the industry as a whole, leave that for Ryan air. The short flight valencia munich seemed a downgrade for lufthansa, I mean seriously! charging for drinks - real cheap. So overall the price was too high for quality of adveture.
Horrible they wouldn’t let my wife and daughter board the plane. They stated there was an issue with her visa when she clearly showed them how to look it up online. This resulted in her missing her flight and having to buy a different airline ticket for the same day in which clearly there was no problem.

Ground staff in New Delhi was very bad. They kept insisting on extra payment for hand baggage and nearly made me miss my flight. Hostile people.
Treating basic economy customers like untouchable and giving worst services just because we bought that ticket is ridiculous! We were not given option to choose the seat even at the time of checkin, we had to request the boarding staff at the gate as me and my wife were given different seats. She did not have seats together after letting us know rudely that they are not supposed to give any services to basic economy customers. Even bag purchase charges were extremely high!!
It was a night flight. Toothpaste, brush and lotion should have been given to passengers.
As on the tin a fair price for a fair flight ✈️👌✈️
This was one of the best travel experiences we've ever had with Ryanair. The flight boarded on time in Dublin, departed on time, and arrived on time in Split, even though the flight was full. The aircraft was clean, and all members of the cabin crew were both friendly and efficient. Even our fellow passengers were well behaved! So top marks to all concerned!

Em relação a Ryanair, ter de ir ao check-in só para carimbar o cartão de embarque não foi muito fácil, são muito demorados, e atrasam a passagem do controlo de passaporte... E cheguei com 2 horas de antecedência
You get what you pay for with RyanAir. This was a €60 round trip from Stockholm and every piece of it was just excruciating, from the plane being delayed by more than an hour, to having to stand out on the tarmac in the darkness at 3C and wind to wait for the plane to disembark its previous flight (why they do this is just cruel), to the crew keeping the lights on the entire flight despite it being so late so they could walk through the aisles and try to sell things. I always say “never again!” after flying RyanAir, but somehow end up getting lured by the prices…

Boarding at Arrecife was commended way too early. Far too long for elderly to be kept standing on their feet. Otherwise we’ll done to all staff.
Wizz is the worst airline in the world, The firm behavior is similar to the Italian mafia, For booking, check in at the desk and not on line that charge 48euro each, the truly that was included in the confirmation is only half way the continuous flight after the connection is not included although ordered together as on flight with one stop,(no direct flight), they asked for another 58euro each, unbelievable behavior of the staff, actually you feel threatened by them, as I said Italian mafia. Last time ever in my life. Keep out of this airline and enjoy your vacation.
Pierwszy raz odbyłam tak pozytywny lot. Uprzejma, świetna załoga. Kapitana lotu W6 1771 z 6.01.2024, pozytywnie zaskoczył wyraźnym kontaktem i ciekawostkami na temat lotu, jak i informacja o zorzy polarnej zachęcając do zobaczenia przez okana. Delikatne perfekcyjne ladowanie WIELKI SZACUN i GRATULACJE dla KAPITANA!!👏👏👏
After the flight. Waiting to long to get off the plane
Very very very…… uncomfortable seats /does nor reclain/ and so little space /this was 5:30 hours flight- and quite expensive no longer low cost airline/ 5:30 hours flight and no water or snacks was offered anly very expensive sales.
Was denied to enter the previous plane so couldnt make it to this one
Got rejected to enter the plane because i took calming pills. Im scared of flying and i always take it since 12 years and it was never a problem with other airlines.
Shambolic boarding with ZERO information on why there was a delay. Don't treat customers like sheep. Crew good. Aircraft new. Late departure with minimal information from flight deck.
The flight was 1.30 hour late because of the Police checking 4 passengers. This was not Ryanair fault but was quite ennoying.
The boarding process was fast Uncomfortable seats ,do not recline.
My fligh was suddenly canceled and no ine approached me The web response was the only one and it was poor and not satisfactory Wizz did not take care for moving me and my family to another flight instead and simply gave us back the flight credits which i cant do nothing with !!
