We payed for the seats and yet were bumped into others. One airbag under the seat was broken and hanging down, which made sitting down quite uncomfortable. Also tore up my stockings. Flight attendant didn't seem to care at all about that.
My comment before for Sarajevo-Zagreb fligh was actually abou flight from Zagreb to Amsterdam.
I was very dissapointed with a crew member who was acting very inpolite and talking down to one man who did not realize that he should not have brought his carry-on bag into the plane. She was making faces showing resent. It looked really bad.
The airline is ok there was a delay but I made home ok Serving water for local trip for international to Frankfurt it was cracker and water Since it was a short trip it was ok I would not recommend for long flight
Check in terminal not working and the bag fell back on me and tore the skin on my arm

Everything was smooth. Staff was great. No delays. Truly wonderful and seamless
Flight was a code share of Lufthansa. Check-in, baggage drop, and flight was all with Lufthansa. Other than the flight being 30 min. delayed, it was pretty much a standard Lufthansa flight. They only offer a free water and chocolate; all other drinks and food are a la carte.
Business class is the worst business class I have ever seen. It’s worse than some American Airlines domestic coach class seats.
The trip was good except for the delay that caused a connection issue in Chicago.
No refreshments apart from a bottle of water. No pillows. No entertainment. Flight delayed by 52 minutes.
I’ve never been charged for coffee on an airline before. Very disappointing

Boarding, comfort, food/drinks, entertainment and most of all an extremely courteous and friendly group of flight attendants made my 12 hour flight an absolute joy!
Touchscreens do not work. WiFi did not work. Food is possibly the worst on any European airline. Drinks came by only four times on a cross-Atlantic. The plane was two hours late because—it was announced—Lufthansa didn't have enough large aircraft in their fleet to accommodate an on-time flight.
Another 35 min delay landing No apology no communication or acknowledgment about this
The most horrific experience we had with the airline that we had in our life Everything was substandard at best. For just one hot tea they charged 4 euros We paid for Lufthansa months in advance ,to get there they didn’t have us in record and after 4 and a half hours layover we almost we got one seat at the first row and one in the back of the plane On top of that our suitcase was seriously damaged and it’s unusable. Here we are halfway around the world in foreign language having to fix this on our vacation time Would you kindly and quickly resolve this matter
Already stated....flights were fine. Late luggage a disappointment and failure my Lufthansa to get my bag delivered in a timely fashion.
Luggage took nearly 2 hours to come out. Terrible airport service in Malaga.
A bigger plane would be more comfortable. We were bouncing off the ground before even lifting into the air, scary!

The seats are terrible. The boarding process was poorly organized. Little to no information was given. Gate change information was only provided at a time that was AFTER the scheduled departure time.
Boarding was delayed and a bit hectic. The crew was super nice.
Brand new airplane Airbus 330. Great crew. The staff on the ground is always a bit mediocre at Condor.
Some pretty unfriendly check in crew members. This is a no frills airline.

I will definitely recommend your service. This is my first experience with Condor and so far it was great!
A flight attendant placed a meal on my tray. I was in 44E. The passenger who was in 44G had gone to the bathroom. I ate the meal. When the passenger in 44G asked where his meal was the flight attendant put the blame on me. She claimed another attendant put the meal on my tray. She then claimed when she gave me the meal she asked me if I had ordered a special meal. She did not Worst experience I have ever had with a crew member.
Entertainment screen was not functioning, there was no effort made by flight attendants to take care of the problem. All I could do was looking at customs forms and watch landing videos for 10 hrs 😁 Bruno Volk
