Tight and not so comfortable business class seats . Crew below average. Very formal, no smiles, and kind of confused when serving meals. AZUL used to be much better on all above subjects. That's is what monopoly does to its customers.

When you buy your ticket, there is a message for a free cabin luggage and a bag. While boarding, they push you to dispatch you hand luggage. When you enter in the plane, you realize that the place to accommodate the hand luggage is empty. In the arriving, you take a long time waiting for your hand luggage which should fly in the cabin.
No entertainment available on this flight. Only crackers and juice were served too.
Pontualidade continua sendo o ponto forte da Azul. Quando ela não desmarca o vôo, é claro. Na ida foi tudo bonitinho: tv, wi-fi... Na volta eqtos não funcionavam. Importante é chegar bem.
Por cinco minutos (55 min antes da decolagem) fui impedido de entregar a bagagem pois o check-in estava "finalizado ". Tive que ir de Viracopos para Congonhas. Após embarcar aguardamos por mais de uma hora de atraso para decolar, ao inves de chegar às 9h, cheguei às 16h no RJ, perdendo o evento que era às 15h.
Não teve viagem alguma, a 123 milhas faliu e eu desisti da viagem.

All the service was very good. The only thing was that the flight was delayed. We didn't miss the connection, but other passangers were about to.
We only had 1hr connecting in Ft Lauderdale. Kayak should not have allowed this short a connection time, as FLL requires a change of terminal (exit the airport and get on a bus), so we missed our connecting flight home to San Diego.
Ticketing and scheduling was a nightmare. The flight itself was very pleasant

The 676 plane is much more comfortable in business class than the A330 and he food was a little better. I didn’t use the entertainment.
A regional sized plane was used for a cross country flight with no overhead bin space. I had to "pink check" my laptop and my medications. I was NOT pleased!!!!

Boarding was somewhat chaotic. Unable to evaluate crew or food/drink because captain kept them seated due to turbulence. Have no idea if entertainment was offered.
The crew were very welcoming and helpful. I just wish economy had a bit more leg room. My knees were constantly hitting the chair in front of me.

Good. Food items are ok but not really healthy (no protein for the vegetarian option, just a total of 2 gr total) so not fulfilling. Excellent apart from transport to actual plane 10 minutes from the actual gate , walking out in the tarmac in the rain and having to climb stairs to enter while holding luggage.
They wanted to close counter although they did not provide the wheelchair requested which ended by going alone to transit security and lost long time and they did not want to wait .
They charge me for luggage which is was included on the ticket

Everything went smoothly with Air France. There was a delay in departure which seemed to relate to the immigration services being short staffed.
Food could have been better especially the breakfast. Overall it was a good flight
No bording was given for next trip on same carrier, food was very moderate.
Lost luggage, 2 bags were badly damaged and one of the bags came open.
Tap air portugal first has you pay for the flight. Then you realize that seats are extra. Had i known that i would have booked emirates instead for a few dollars more
Efficiency was great - on-time takeoff and landing. Baggage arrived at destination (there's always slow baggage handling in Boston.) TAP food is spartan - bring your own. But the efficiency of the airline more than makes up for the mediocre cuisine.
Great airline, new, comfortable and quiet planes. Plenty of leg room and state of the art entertainment system. The big downside is the connection in Lisbon. The airport is small and a bus is needed from the plane to the terminal. Is a mess, takes a lot of time, nobody gives an explanation, boarding zones are not honored, etc.
I thought Miami's airport was very disorganized during the Boarding.
Very efficient boarding - other airlines could learn from them. Friendly, efficient crew. Red eye flight, so dinner meal was irrelevant. Breakfast could have been more substantial. Seats reasonably comfy.
I suspect that there was an item pilfered from my bag at the TAP automated check-in counter on March 26th at Heathrow Airport around 11:30am. I think that the employee assisting me with my bags took something out of it when I was not paying attention because today, March 27th there is a notebook missing. Please check the camera to see if indeed this occurred. My description: Male, African Decent, 5'8, 180lbs medium build, wearing trousers and a jacket. Employee description: Female, Indian Decent (guessing) 5'7, slight build. Flight 1359, London to Lisbon.
The flight crew was good, the flight itself was quick and comfortable
We liked the crew. They were competent, professional and friendly. The only big negative was our departure was delayed several times and the airport staff did not communicate what the problems were and what we should expect.
Great staff who were ready working with smile 6 in the morning on New Year’s Day. Although security checkpoint was way too busy, the airline staff were understanding and waited few minutes after boarding. We took off not only exactly on time, but arrived 20 minutes early. Two thumbs up!!!
Very little space between chairs, making any long travel very uncomfortable. Food is also very basic.
All 4 flights were late. Plus delays for cleaning planes . On return baggage was not even on the plane arrived next day not received until two days later . Very poor experience.
Flight delayed for 90 minutes with no explanation, seat very uncomfortable almost like there was no cushion in it, no power at seat for 10 hour flight, had to use plug in headphones for entertainment system. Crew was great

Our flight to Chicago O'Hare was delayed an hour, causing us to miss our connection to MSP and spend an extra 3 hours at O'Hare so we could board a plane with a damaged door and wait another 45 minutes or so. The crew was great, the food decent, The drinks were great: 2 glasses of a nice South African Shiraz, an ice cold can of Beck's Beer, and Dewar's White Label on the rocks.
My incoming flight from Rome to Munich was on time. But part of the deplaning process is that we had to take a bus to the terminal. The layover time was too short so me and other passengers that were going to make the Munich to Diussepdorf plane were stressed. We all ran through the terminal and we got there right on time to find out that our plane to Dusseldorf was 15 mins late.
Their service , specifically the way Lufthansa manages luggages is terrible
