After 14 hour delaybwith departure time changed 9 times then announcing the flight was canceled. Another later announcement said the cancelation was in error. Also after paying a higher fare to leave in the afternoon then departing at 4am was not right.

I cannot say this enough, I NEVER BOARDED OR HAVE HAD ANY TRAVEL IN THE PAST YEAR. However your app says ive been traveling a lot lately. GET REAL HUMANS TO GIVE CUSTOMER SUPPORT.
late lack information taney changed my sit even after i had checked i. a day prior and had been at airport checked in for 5 hrs. i have medical condition that i need to sit in aisle but changes to window. only apparent at boarding and they had no explanation why they changed my boarding pass and had no other seats. very bizarre, uncaring and disrespectful. Made my trip very challenging I should sue you. will NEVEr fly JB again. Ever. Would have blasted in social media but did not want to disclose my medical disability.
The plane smelled bad, the temperature in the plane was over 75 with times over 80. Jet blue tried to mask the smell of armpits married with butt. Overall mediocre. Crew was nice
We flew halfway to our destination (NYC to Burlington) and turned around due to a mechanical issue (landing gear wouldn’t retract automatically). We turned back to JFK for JetBlue’s benefit as we landed safely at JFK and could've just as easily landed safely in Burlington on our Christmas Day flight. Instead the company directed the crew to return the plane to more easily service the aircraft. The passengers landed 3 1/2 hours later and JetBlue gave each passenger $50 for the trouble. Hardly fair compensation to be separated from family on Christmas Day.
Our actual Flight was great & smooth but it was delayed for 4 hours and Jetblue weren't able to accommodate us in the earlier flight. That was Awful. I lost work/clients because of this delay
We were very impressed by the crew. They were professional and friendly, making for a very pleasant experience. Because the aircraft was relatively small, everyone interacted with the same small number of crew members.
Best Thing flight took less time than programmed, quick entry and exit. Recommended!

Theres several thing i will like to mention and please share this feedback with JetBlue. I was concerned that the food options were limited. Theres no vegetarian options on the sandwiches that they offer on board. Vegetarian options are limited to only cheese and crackers,. Specially on mid day flights there should be more options offered to people. Second comment is that during the flight I watched TWO movies without audio, I tried a few ear sets to listen and none of them worked. Its a shame that they were good movies however no audio. Maybe updating the auxiliary cable and making Bluetooth connections on media will be great. Finally, the bathroom on the plane looked like they needed an update, being remodeled or changed. They look dirty however they are not. Maybe changing, replacing some pieces and updating the air filters will be great. This is not an aesthetic recommendation however a necessary one.
Flight was canceled less than 6 hours before takeoff, rebooked on a flight that was twice as long and left earlier so we couldn’t make it, when using text support option took over 2 hours to speak with someone.
Never been on this flight as i had missed it due to delayed connecting flight
The flight was fine. The itinerary change from original booking was not good. We were originally leaving at 12:50 pm. The change to 8:29pm put us getting home in the early morning hours the next day. Then having to wait over an hour on the ground for a parking place to get off the plane was exhausting.
The guy with severe body odor sat next to me. For the whole duration of the flight it was a torture. The airline should have better policy on limiting people with bad body odor to board the flight. Passengers should not be the ones to endure bad odor for the whole duration of the flight. The airline should be e the one to ensure decent air quality for ever passenger.
Flight attendants heavily pushed their affinity credit card. Very annoying
Our flight was delayed two hours. We nearly missed our connecting flight and had to rush across the airport with little kids and all their luggage. They didn’t give us enough time to walk from one gate to the other, then when we got on, we waited another half hour while the crew loaded cargo. It seems like they could have given passengers more time if they had cargo to load anyway.
Enjoyed the experience, on time flights, friendly staff the WiFi was intros d kept cutting out.

My flight was delayed twice, when I arrived 1.5 hours before the rescheduled departure, they said the flight was closed, and I should have been there when it was originally supposed to board. They rebooked me for the following evening, but only after I showed them the two boarding delays.
There are additional charges for everything including water. If you are unwilling to pay additional charges you are afforded no comfort at all. Seats are smaller than other airlines and do not recline. Schedule changes appear to be customary because you encounter them on departure and return.
When we arrived we lasted 48 minutes to be able to get off the plane without air and the plane turned off more than half of the passengers because after they started to leave they realized that the bridge was defective
Flight was delay 9hrs and nothing was provided at airport, had to go and get a room to sleep in, paid for Uber back and fort with no offers until we landed back home a 1hr later for a $75 voucher for a future flight.
First time flying Frontier, I am not sure the Ala Carte menu of options is for me.
There was no wifi, there was no usb charger on the planes Frontier lowered the weight limit on suitcases from 50 to 40 pounds Frontier now charges for a seat...really? If i don't pay for a basic seat, do i stand the whole flight? Frontier now charges for the carry on, just like for the checked suitcase The bundle pricing is way over priced.
Pro: The stuff was great. Friendly, patient and caring. Our seat row was clean. The bath room was clean. Our flights were close to on time. Con: The leg room is too small. No blankets or pillows. No entertainment devices at all. I can’t remember to have a food choice. I would fly again with frontier for short distances.

Was using the bathroom and arrived 1 min 45 secs passed the terminal door closing . Wouldn’t let me on the flight and Frontier gate attendants as well desk manager were very rude and didn’t not assist nor provide any type of guidance. As a result I will not be able to get my children for the holidays. Frontier I will never fly with you all again. I also purchased a perk package what a waste .
I like that the flight was not overcrowded, and I felt had space to spread out a little more. The flight was smooth for the most part no major turbulence. The crew was pretty good accommodating and professional.. the fellow passengers were cool as well… all good! Snacks always makes things better, but of course there were no snacks.
Great option to American Airlines. Affordable prices when compared to AA. Prices in AA to and from Puerto Rico are like Fly Emirates to Kwait.
