The only issue was a short window to make my connecting flight, and nobody to assist me in finding my way to the next gate.
There was not any food and I didn't use the entertainment

More leg room, great if crew could move people before flight (ie if 3 in a row, offer to move 1 or 2 to an empty 3 seat row rather than let people move themselves after takeoff

Flight was late, boarding totally chaotic, seat uncomfortable, food good, attendants and pilots good.
aegean took off late, which made it impossible for us to make the next flight on air canada, we all ran to the terminal, the plane was still there but the air canada folks wouldn't let us board because they said the door was already closed. they told us we had to go all the way back to aegean desk to arrange another flight.

We checked in and just had carry on but still had to go to the check in counter after being sent back by security.
There was no food whatsoever, even for purchase on a five hour flight. Given that Georgian airways is not a budget airline, I expected more. Online check-in process was difficult. It would not recognize reservation code or ticket number, but another page on their website for checking in worked. Another hassle was passenger information - when entering passport information, it rejected the selection without providing any useful feedback. It turns out that "passenger passport" is the right choice, and "passport" is not. And after all that, online check-in was useless as the passport control at the airport does not recognize those as valid boarding passes, and you have to check-in again at the airport.
There was no check in on the site. After the plane was disconnected from ground electricity conditioning stopped. The temperature in the plane during the flight was about 28 degrees. Crew listened the passengers with smiles but did nothing. After boarding when ground electricity was connected everything became operate. But it was too late. The interval between the rows is very small. Get ready to the flight with real low coaster.
Overall it was good, but the flight was long and crews on such long flights in my experience generally get more involved. They make more rounds with water and snacks and check on wellbeing of passengers. It was not an overnight flight, so the ‘night’ atmosphere in the cabin was not called for
Good experience with Turkish Airlines. We will be back with Turkish in the future and look forward to upgraded business class on the 777 beginning in 2025 and on the Airbus 350 now.
Horrible. Boarding was terrible. For a huge airplane, we needed to be transported to the plane. The boarding area was overcrowded and frantic. .The seats were so uncomfortable. The food was fine.
Nothing really was great as such. Seen other no name airlines perform better.
Loved the check-in experience. Very friendly staff and not crowded. I did wind up with a middle-middle seat, which was quite uncomfortable. Always appreciate the very professional staff on TAL.

Was not able to check in online, so had to stand in line for 90 minutes to get a boarding pass, and I had no luggage to check. Why not let people check in in advance on line? Or at a kiosk at the airport?
Not a good experience from Lagos was very terrible paying for one extra bag is #403,600 in dollars is $331 which is too high and when get to Ny I don’t receive my bag till 2nd day some of my stuff was damaged am not really happy with Turkish Airlines very poor services.
The flight was very dirty and the food was very bad
First class payment but wife’s seat broken, would recline but not lay flat. On previous flight, delays and ground crew malfunctions connecting jetway made us miss flight to Houston. I asked twice for a cart to assist us getting across the massive Istanbul Airport, but was denied. We are both over 70.
Houston to Porto flight delayed landing made us miss our connection. Tried to get on standby for the next flight and even though the lady knew we wouldn’t be able to get on it and she sent us down there. We sat there three hours and then we’re told there’s no way you’re getting on this flight. So we had to go to customer service and ended up having to spend the night in Frankfurt and missed a whole day of our vacation in Porto
It was freezing in the airplane. Everyone was wearing everything they had with them. The crew acknowledged it was cold, but did nothing about it
Already stated....flights were fine. Late luggage a disappointment and failure my Lufthansa to get my bag delivered in a timely fashion.
Hated every minute of it. Delayed for over 10 hours only to have to cancel rental car, car insurance and hotel. Its taken me 3days to get to my final destination when it should have only taken 12-14 hours. Very unhappy with Lufthansa.
Lufthansa used to be the best not any more , food is cheap, crew needs to be on retirement )) we really like to see old type of Lufthansa back to business
A350 has great entertainment. Make sure to watch the plane's external tail and nose camera's on landing and take off. Seats were a little hard for a 10 hour flight. I am gluten intolerant, they had good alternative meals for me on the flight.
1. Food provided was not per the selection. 2. Very old and outdated media infotainment and not much language oriented films 3. Better provide with a proper headset rather cheap in ear headphones.

to be bussed around the airport, then have to sit on the plane for an hour whilst the plane was deiced not once, but twice, then to have to wait for a tug driver is unacceptable. The Captain was very good at communicating.
Pegasus is not a very comfortable airline. They’re not in any way hospitable

Flight delayed by 1hr when we already boarded because someone had to get off. Leg room is terrible for 6ft people like me.
I used the airline 5-6 times for the last year and every flight have had perfect timing and I like it. Despite catastrophic absence of space for my legs 😁
The crew was utterly non helping and non courteous.I asked for a water. The air hostess could have said it's paid . She informed me that I will come later after serving but never turned up. The seats were never comfortable.My first and last flight with Pegasus.I am not taking again
The plane left Istanbul 1 hour late and the AC was not really working great it was so hot inside and no air. This was my worst flight in a long time since I had a flight with Ryanair.
Cheap and cheerful. It’s a super cheap, no frills flight. Very professional and as it’s an A320 relatively spacious. Seats do not recline. Happy with the service. You get what you pay for. Can’t complain
I had 4 flights for less than a week and there were no delays and issues. Thanks to the crews and for perfectly organised service.
