The staff was good. Very friendly and respectful. The airline not so much. They aren't very informative at all.
Horrible trip. Plane was late , so late . the flight conditions were very uncomfortable.
The boarding was delayed several times. The take off was two hours late.
I didn't understand why I couldn't do a check-in at home
The flight was excellent, provided that we had inclement weather. We departed earlier than scheduled and arrived early. There was a little turbulence, but nothing to be worried about.
I am tired of being nickel and dimed for seat location, checked luggage and carry on bags. That is why i rarely fly anymore.
No meal on a cross country flight? SFO-MiA is pretty much the definition of a coast to coast flight. No meal provided. Sky high wi-fi rates too. Stop nickel and diming your customers.

The crew of Flight AA 35 were extremely friendly while being amazing professionals the flight was wonderful all but for the unavoidable problem of space on today’s flights no matter how large the aircraft. I have been flying for nearly five decades I understand that the cost of flying is expensive, maintaining aircraft, cost of fuel, crews, support personnel and everything else that goes along with modern aviation. However, the lack of space for people that are tall or even oversized a little bit. It’s just gotten worse in the last 50 years and that unfortunately makes the flying unavoidably discomforting and not so wonderful. I understand you can buy space in first class and you won’t have these issues but to take Economy break it up into premium economy and regular economy based on the loss of the business traveler doing 2020 to 2023, as a way to regain all of the profits that were lost doing that period. Seems a little harsh to all the folks who have struggle just to afford the fare to fly. So not having leg room is extremely painful on a 15 hr overseas flight. Otherwise American Airlines did exactly what was expected getting me from point A to point B.
only issue is i feel we pulled off from the gate ontime, we sat on the runway longer than i felt made sense.
American Airlines gets worse every time I fly them. This is the 3rd time they lost my bags in a year. I also think their employees do not care when I communicate that I’m unsatisfied with the airlines. I’m a credit card holder, fly first class, and an advantage member but I think that I’m finally going to make the switch to Delta.
Flight was delayed 4 hours for no reason given. We were not updated. We were not given any food or drink. We were not offered any compensation.
I rarely vote ‘Excellent’ but this AA flight out of LGA was amazing. On time departure, early arrival, amazing crew, smooth flight, baggage came out quickly. It was the best airport/ flight experience that anyone could ask for/dream of. Highly recommend. I usually fly Delta but American Airlines really stepped up their game.

All aspects of the flight went like clockwork and staff were friendly and attentive.
We initially flew from Osaka to Vancouver and ear buds and food were all inclusive. We were surprised that from Vancouver to Toronto we had to pay for all of this - and the flight attendant did not give us what we ordered/paid for. $6 for a bag of almonds is crazy - and I asked for hummus. Very surprised we had to pay for the ear buds in order to watch the movies.
There was a mistake with the first name we only discovered at security. Air canada was unable to correct it to match then passport since it was booked through an agency. The agency could not correct it either since they need at least two hours to do that. We could not fly and lost a bunch of money. Learned my lesson about kayak.
My flight got canceled. Then AC rebooked me to a next day flight. No compensation no apology. It almost messed up my entire trip and schedule. However, all the unexpepected seems routine and ordinary to AC, so customers need to get used to.
I love air Canada. The staff is so helpful and friendly and attentive. I paid for extra room but chose a ser near a person who took up a lot of space which gave me less space than regular economy, I was sad I did that!
Really good. The staff were very helpful throughout the boarding process. The food was surprisingly good. Overall much better experience than previous one.
Our flight from Windsor to Toronto had several delays so we had to drive to Toronto in order to catch our flight to London.
Did not appreciate “hidden fees” to check a bag for international flight and purchase a seat to be next to my spouse. Won’t choose this airline again.
I missed my niece’s high school graduation because the flight was delayed 3 hours. I broke down at the airport and on the plane several because of how heartbroken I was to miss it.
It was very dis appointing because of too much delays with our flights.☹️

Loved the food (vegetarian in our case). Super pleasant. We're in our 60s/70s and not speedy anymore but I never felt rushed. Entertainment choices very current, personalized, and fun. Asked to change seats with a man who had paid for his seats as well but something had occurred in process so he was two rows away from his small daughter. Staff was very efficient at mediating the exchange and gave us a beautiful little travel pack as a gift to agree to it. The seats were comfortable but reclined a bit much for my comfort. I'm glad I'm not claustrophobic as the person in front of me reclined to the max and I felt very enclosed. Very efficient crew simultaneously as super pleasant.
The smoothest boarding, courteous and experienced attendants, comfort and food/drinks I have ever experienced flying Economy on any airline! It made a 12 hour flight no burden at all - Thankyou Lufthansa!

The flight and crew was above average. However, there was a two hour delay.
Overall great flight experience- on time, lots of food and movies.
We left an hour late. The plane was not throughly cleaned. A gentleman sitting next to me has not showered in a month so I was nauseous. My seat has not reclined back because crew member put her luggage and boxes behind my seat.
We were helped whenever needed and had a pleasant flight.
Air Canada from Edmonton to Toronto was disappointing but Lufthansa from Toronto to Frankfurt was excellent.
I'm Canaadian. I hate Air Canada. I used to give them a pass on their international service. No longer, They suck across the board now! Old planes, exhausted staff bad food and shitty entertainment. Your seats need reupholstered! Start with that...
The design of business class is absolutely horrible. The flight attendants have to cross in front of passengers to pass the food. Passengers have to crawl over other passengers to get to the bathroom or to get to their bag. It’s shocking!! The flight attendants however were superb!
The food could have been better, but that is secondary. I felt safe.

I couldn’t select my seat until I checked in at the airport. Extremely difficult to talk to a customer service representative. Also, the gate announcement doesn’t appear until less than an hour before boarding.
The BA team at Sky Harbor is deplorable, full of unnecessary attitude and poor communication. It seems like every member of the team was looking at another to solve the problem, instead of taking agency to do so themselves. I saw no less than 6 altercations with the same gate agent where he threatened to revoke the passengers boarding pass for asking a wildly reasonable question, something as simple as where the cue to board was. I’ve complained to BA before but it seems this isn’t an issue for them, which is very disappointing
Our flight was delayed by over 6 hours. We then had to deplane, stay overnight in a hotel then fly out the next day, 23 hours late.
