A trip to the resort is never complete without feasting on contemporary Jamaican cuisine at Sugar Mill. Using locally sourced fresh ingredients, dishes such as grilled lobster tail and wagyu striploin can be ordered. Embracing the history of the site’s sugar cane plantation, which opened in the 17th century, it is an ideal destination for a memorable dinner. Reservations are required, with a semi-formal dress code including no shorts.
