Find cheap flights from Beirut to Edmonton

Mess up with not assigning my husband a seat when our two tickets were purchased at the same time. They put us on standby. We were almost bumped off the plane at the gate before departure. Luckily someone volunteered to get a later flight.

Prepaid for my seat selection over a month in advance only to be told when I arrive at the airport that the plane has changed and no pre-selected seats would be honored and refunds would not be issued immediately. Was forced to separate from my traveling companion Air Canada. Unsurprisingly was no assistance in this whatsoever. Plane. We got switched on to also has no entertainment options available

Easy booking process and great follow up notifications. Need to improve boarding process and flight crew should be more personable and friendly with passengers.

The flight itself was ok the staff was great and so was the inflight food. The biggest problem was that my luggage was damaged (the zipper pull from both sides of the zipper where completely ripped out) and I didn’t notice at the airport but at the hotel and when I tried to make a claim it was not possible for me because I have to either call (which is difficult because I’m in another country) I tried to call every nombre given to me but the one that I need I was never able to contact and going back to the airport was not an option. So it’s basically impossible to make a claim if you are abroad. Very disappointed that there are no other ways to claim a damaged bag and now I need to buy a new luggage while on my trip.

Flight was delayed for almost 3 hours. Communication of gate change was poor. Email and screen said one gate and it was a different gate from that. Gate changed first to 64 B and then to 64 C. Originally it was 68B. 64C was not communicated properly!

Glad to see the staff of Air Canada take preference in protecting their customers from unruly passengers before they board. Well done

This website did not advise the prices were in $USD, when the flyer (me) was flying within Canada only and only a Canadian resident, and booking this flight in Canada. Furthermore, the area to board the plane was unusually hot and sweaty.

Flights on time. Friendly/pleasant ground and in-flight staff. Better snacks and films with captions,

Affordable & comfortable. Not sure why a party of two I booked at the same time got seated separately.

The flight was delayed with zero compensation only hours before the flight. The pick up driver had a very long drive so he was already on the road when the flight was delayed so he also had to sit and wait there for a long time. again zero compensation for anything. not even a voucher for food or drink.

The flight and crew was above average. However, there was a two hour delay.

Overall great flight experience- on time, lots of food and movies.

Already stated....flights were fine. Late luggage a disappointment and failure my Lufthansa to get my bag delivered in a timely fashion.

We were helped whenever needed and had a pleasant flight.

Air Canada from Edmonton to Toronto was disappointing but Lufthansa from Toronto to Frankfurt was excellent.

I'm Canaadian. I hate Air Canada. I used to give them a pass on their international service. No longer, They suck across the board now! Old planes, exhausted staff bad food and shitty entertainment. Your seats need reupholstered! Start with that...
