Pros:
They upgraded my car for free.Cons:
It felt a bit like a scam charging me €100 for a small scratch on the hub cap which was probably not my doing. The guy was a bit too quick to catch it. Also have not received necessary documents for my insurance claim yet.4.8 Mediocre

Bad and very slow service to receive the car perhaps pushing customer to accept a more expensive option to accelerate the delivery process... mostly when you arrive to the Europcar office with the family and kids waiting more than one hour with an anticipated reservation/schedule already confirmed6.0 Okay
