Dirty. Poorly maintained. Unfriendly staff and management. This is a 1 star motel at best.
There is internet but no signal, the parking is too full, neighborhood is ok.
Room was clean and comfortable. My sister and I loved the jacuzzi!
One light over the table by the window did not work. We called the front desk but they did not replace it!
location & somewhat satisfied about room cleanliness
Conveniently located near my office. White Horse Pike is also convenient to many good places to eat. The staff were efficient and polite. Price was very good compared to others in the area.
Internet access was spotty (this was a business trip and I need reliable access to the net).
It was higher in price then what we were looking for, but lower then others in the area. That's all I can say that is good.
It was hard to get to. When we checked in the small parking lot was full. It was hard driving in the lot because they had cones and buckets all over the lot (from what I guess was where they just had their lot retarded) Could write more but no space.
The gentleman at the front desk, was extremely courteous and great hospitality. Very welcoming.
The room was clean and did not have a funny odor, as some hotel/motel rooms do. Everything worked, ie. fridge, hair dryer, jacuzzi, etc.The reception was very pleasant. They served breakfast, but we did not wake up early enough to catch it.
My husband thought the bed was too firm and uncomfortable and the pillows were too squishy, but it was all perfect for me.There was a cigarette burn in our fitted sheet on the bed, but the sheets were obviously clean.
It's a great hotel with a great price
Woke up with ants on me in the bed, headboard was broken, staff could have been friendlier
The room was clean and I was allowed to check in early. Parking was free. Price:$60 on a Sunday
The jets in the tub did not work.
It is not clean The service was terrible. They have tendency to ask for more money if you want something. For example if you want to check in a little early they want 10 dollar. If you want a king bed instead of a queen bed - 10 dollar more.
Nice cosy rooms.
The bathroom commode was blocked and overflowing. On reporting it the staff came and behaved as if we had blocked it in the 30 minutes that we had just checked in. Though he apologized the next day while check out.Still it was not a good stay due to that.
Pool area was very nice and the continental Breakfast was okay...
YES! The evening manager was very condecending and assuming. I booked 2 days for my family and booked a room for my sister who was only stating one day from friday to Saturday... She checked out Saturday morning and we all went to the Beach and spent the
Nice room, decent breakfast, pool, 24/7 front desk
The hotel was near the boardwalk and the expressway. The room also did have a small clean refrigerator and microwave that I didn't expect.
The front desk could have been more polite, the towels were old and worn, part of the trim on the top of the headboard was broken and room was very small.
It was eight miles off the beach grid but public transportation took me right to it. Made things easy and did not have to pay to park. Room was very clean with a good 'running start' breakfast.
Put you in the mindset of a local 1 star motel. There were a few dead bugs in the room along the window seal. My fiance' had to kill a bug that was on the wall & a bug near the front entrance near bathroom door that almost blended with the rug.
Best part about the hotel was it's location.
The moment we got in our room the TV and the phone didn't work. The vents in the room was open, the cover for it was off and debris was on the floor. The continental breakfast was terrible. The sausagesseemed like like the ones you microwave. It was bad.
No aux input capability on TV to use with gaming system
location was convenient to our plans, good size room, many dining choices nearby. The free Wifi connection was strong. The breakfast looked like a good setup but never got to enjoy.
few stains on carpet. Jacuzzi Tub plug did not work so could not use. Right next to very busy road. Breakfast ended at 9:30am on a Sunday! Who gets up that early to eat after a Sat night in Atlantic City! TINY kid size pillows were very uncomfortable
The location was 20mins away from Cesar's in AC. The bathroom was clean.
The carpet was stained and looks really worne out. The bed was really uncomfortable. The blanket had hole in it (looked like a burn mark). The room also had a weird ordor to it. Over all would not stay here again.
I liked the value of this hotel and it's location
Decent motel with a relatively clean and comfortable room.
Staff was perfunctory and unfriendly. The breakfast room is poorly situated creating mini-chaos with patrons always in each others' way. The breakfast choices are average, at best. Waffles are a nice addition but they are utterly tasteless.
The value - I got what I paid for.
The 'high speed internet' was slower than the last day of school.
