The adelbed is a typical Swiss-style chalet opposite the Engstligenalp Cable Car, 4 km from the centre of Adelboden. Guests can use an infrared cabin free of charge, and free Wi-Fi is available. The scenic Engstlige Waterfall is a 15-minute walk away. The rooms at adelbed.ch overlook the mountains and feature wooden furniture and floors, a seating area, satellite TV, and a DVD player. Bathrooms are shared. A buffet breakfast is available every morning, and guests can make use of the shared living room which includes a microwave oven and tea/coffee making facilities. Children can have fun on the playground and in the indoor playroom. Free private parking is available on site, and the Unter dem Birg Bus Stop is right outside. The ski areas of Silleren, Hahnenmoos, Lenk and Tschentenalp are easily reachable by a ski bus stopping right outside. From 8 July to 20 October 2013, the Adelboden Hiking Pass, offering free use of local cable cars and buses, is included in the rate.
