Our kids was not allowed to use the pool because they had the "wrong" type of swimsuits, their swimsuits apparently looked like shorts. The guy was very rude.
As usual, lovely place to relax. It's my third visit, and, certainly, not the last!
Great place to relax and chill out, probably, best hotel in aix les bains. Nice swimming pool, beautiful location, extremely friendly stuff, will come back!!
It will be nice to have a free "navette" to go to the lake as it is quite far away, and there is not much public transport
Relaxing environment and excursions organised by Vacances Bleus representative
swimming pool guard was extremely picky with anything we did he didn't like, but didn't seem to have any problem with French guests behaving similarly
lovely location, big rooms, totally non smoking
its better to have a car, as public transport near hotel is very limited and taxi is very expensive
