The welcome and the good sized room.
Not a thing!
Close to airport
Was not clearly marked from street and squirly drive entrance with poor signage
The room was spacious and clean.
It took forever to check in. I had to work the card and door for a long time to get into the room. It was a strange place, it had the feeling of being in transition. The spaces of the hotel were odd and not friendly.
Outdoor pool. Nice room
Comfortable, great staff close to airport
Bathroom tub area needs remodel mold old around fixturesPlug on desk light did not work
The staff was friendly, the room was excellent. We stayed in the inner courtyard and there were zero issues with noise. The indoor pool was great and the lifeguard was extremely courteous and super nice! Check-in and check-out took literally 2 minutes!
Arcade was very small and not many games. The entire hotel was non-smoking, therefore most decided to smoke right outside the entry doors which was a little disturbing but expected.
Close to the airport
Rooms looked onto the conference and pool area where people were being very loud all night.
There is no way this hotel was close to the star rating given.
Creepiest hotel I have ever stayed at.... As a child of the 80's I should have found myself at home at this place. Great location, but thats about it.
Staff was excellent and very accommodating.
The room felt gross. It needed updating and smelled weird. The hotel layout felt sketchy.
under renovation halls and rooms not up to Holiday Inn standard very disappointing...
Wonderful indoor and outdoor spaces. Pool was clean and wonderful, empty and quiet., just waiting for us.
Hotel offers free wifi except it didn't work during our stay. Carpet in room & halls in need of being replaced. Room key didn't work first time, needed to go back to front desk for new keys. Water during shower would turn really hot then get cold.
The bathroom was so overrun by mildew that a wave of stench overpowered me the second I opened the door to the room. I spent the next three days sneezing and fighting migraines. Pretty uncool, since I was there to take the bar exam. Totally gross!
Nice breakfast area.
Never cleaned the room after the first night stay.
Good location, great public spaces, solid pricing
Hotel is in major need of renovations and upgrades. Rooms and hallway had a musty odor and felt damp.
Right off the highway. Quick and fast check in.
Children running in the halls late at night. Vacuum and housekeeping cart outside my room late at night with no one there using it.
Close proximity to highway exit
Bathroom very dated. Many tiles were cracked on the bathroom floor
The quality is good and the overall environment is nice. Parking is easy to find.
Good quality but a little dizzy. And I prefer second floor room.
The location was key and very central located. The front checkin staff were very friendly and cordial.
Very outdated hallways that smelled like mold. Low ceilings almost made it feel like you were in an asylum. Dim lighting and ripped up carpet. The room was average with an outdated, somewhat stained shower. Interior of the hotel was from the 1970's..
Location and amenities
The sheet had a hole and the comforter was upside down with the tag at my face.
the location was good
My room was small and dark with low ceilings. I felt very unsafe since the outside doors would not latch shut. Normally, I wouldn't be so paranoid but there was a safety card on the bed warning to lock all valuables and don't go where it's not lit..etc
The hotel was right next to the office building I needed to visit the next day.
I had a heavy bag. The room was about as far away from the front desk as you could possibly get. As a woman traveling alone, I was very nervous about walking down the long, very dark hallway. Like a scene out of a Twilight Zone! I would NOT recommend!
The sink is clogged and the hair dryer is not working. They don't even have replacement. It was noisy due to partying by the pool around 10pm.
It was nice to have the pool.
Lifeguard was uninterested and half-watched the kids in the pool. Hotel was crowded and very dirty. Fixtures and walls were falling apart. Some construction was going on and was not even roped off. We had to move rooms due to ants. Overall, 1 star hotel.
The king size bed
We were told the back doors were unlocked and they weren't. We had pets so we had to bring them back to the car and drive to the front and walk through the entire hotel to the back to get to our room. He room was really small for the price range.
Not realistically a three star property. I went to a wedding there in 1987. I think that was the last time the property was updated.
Location, internet connexion
The weird architecture of the hotel. A lot of rooms dont' have window giving to the outside, so rooms are dark and a bit dreary.
The center pool area with function room and gym was pretty cool¿except for the dirty carpets. The Breakfast buffet was very good. The staff was very helpful and friendly.
The carpet throughout the hotel was absolutely disgusting, and had an awful odor.
outdated, needs upgrading
The hotel seemed to be in a state of disrepair. The rooms smelled and were uncomfortable.
Not to much
it was not really clean the first room I stayed in had no cold water so the shower nearly burned me the rooms are outdated and this was not a 3 star at all maybe 2.5
Stained towels, furniture falling apart, dark long and winding hallways made finding the room take forever.
The staff was great and were willing to change our room when the first was unacceptable.
The rooms were not clean and older with stains on furniture, etc.
