Friendly staff.

Noisy, close to freeway with a lot of traffic noise.

A basic motel with minimal amenities. The worst point was the noise from the I25 freeway and a grating on a side road that banged every time a vehicle rolled on it. The motel was clean, but the towels were quite flimsy and small. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Location, little touches like shrubs beside each door, bit of a European style, owners from Eastern Europe.

Air conditioner didn't quite do the trick, not powerful enough for the room, or maybe just old. Missing stopper in the sink.

We found it fine for our two night in ABQ, and excellent location for the Plaza and Canyon Road galleries.

I've stayed at this hotel twice before. It seemed even better this time. It's a little older, but nice and clean, and at a great price.

Not sure about the swimming pool. We don't swim, so it wasn't an issue.

Cleanliness of rooms, parking lot, breakfast room, etc.

Location. Not so Much that it is a off the beaten path, but what is (and isn't) around it. Staff very nice, but easily confused; we had 5 rooms and 9 people total, reserved 4months in advance, called the night before, but still confusion at check in.

Easy access to & from I-40.

Old, dirty, fixtures not in good working order.

With the name Rodeway, I expected better; they told me it was converted from a Motel 6, and it showed. Old, dirty. Tiny breakfast area with nothing but coffee and sweet rolls, not even hot water.

Dirty and overpriced. The Priceline 'deal' was more than their regular price.

I booked this becaue it had a high review. I since looked at the reviews and they were not high. Priceline lied. Dirty! Don't stay there.

Basket type luggage carts. Staff helpful in using office copier to print-out our reservation for park & ride ticket for next morning's Balloon Fest from our laptop.

No fridge, microwave, coffee pot, carpet, decoration or breakfast and cost twice previous night in nicer direct access room. We had one of farthest two rooms on third floor with great view of container storage yard.

Told near balloon fest, but had to drive to park & ride farther away to ride there. Hump joint in carpet almost sent baggage cart into wall. Suggest adding survey option above for 'no experience' or 'no contact' or 'no opinion' Cheers Harvey Versteeg

Pet friendly

Parking lot was a problem for a truck/trailer combination.

It's a nice hotel for a Motel 6 - pet friendly - stuff is nice - parking lot has issues if you're hauling a trailer.

The cleaning lady did not touch our belongings. She put out more fresh towels than when we got there.

The breakfast was really limited. There was cereal, and I think that they put out literally five honey buns everyday. The coffee was very bad. The pool was closed in the SUMMER due to remodeling. The pillows were flat and uncomfortable. There was tally marks on the wall. I have no idea from what. Murder, rape, a couples' romps in the bed? Never again

There was nothing there for me to like!

First of all when we arrived, one person came to my cousin and offered him drugs. This is more of a home for drug dealers and prostitutes. Saying that, I was shocked coming here with my children. Not only that but people that were already staying there came out to see what we were driving and seeing what we have inside our vehicle, saying that, I did not feel safe for me and my children. When the receptionist gave us our rooms, one of the door locks seemed to be broken in to. To quite honest, that was the last straw. I am from Los Angeles, California, and I know what a bad neighborhood is, so when people book online the first thing you do is read the reviews because you never know where you're bringing your family. I went to the hotel's receptionist and explained what just happened and demanded my money back for false reviews (I felt deceived) to my luck, she hardly spoke any English so she had to call security (they do have an armed security, his gun was already cocked back and ready to fire if he needed to). Even still I didn't feel safe after I saw him because I don't know if he's in it with the rest of the people that's staying here. Saying that, I was asking for the manager's name and number and they refused so I was asking for their names and refused again. By this time my husband and I were very upset and the security guard told my husband that the owner speaks very little English. We told the security guard that's not the problem, the problem is that I booked this hotel based on the reviews and we want our money back, they refused, we explained that one of the locks is broken because it has been broken in to. Because of that, they did refund only one room. By this time we were upset and tired so we took it and we left but to be quite honest I don't think that they were professional in handling business, very unprofessional, not friendly, here is about your money not customer service or your safety. I think we deserved all our money back, oh and the total time we were here was approx. 30 minutes and most of that time was speaking with the security guard. I told them that I was going to give them my review of what just happened and they said they didn't care and to me that says a lot of this place!

Only the ice machine on the first floor worked. It ran out, and we were unable to get ice for a while.

An extremely friendly staff.

The rooms seemed to be neglected, as they needed some minor repairs.

Overall the stay was enjoyable. The staff was extremely friendly and were very prompt with our requests. There was no fridge in the room as described on the website but the manager was very wonderful about compensating us for the inconvenience. I'd stay there again for the value and staff!

Prices are either the average per night price per room or first night of stay. You can select to display the prices with or without our estimate of taxes & fees (which may not appear on provider's booking page but will be charged at hotel checkout). Before you complete your reservation, verify the total cost on the provider's site. Prices and availability are not guaranteed.

Here's why:

We’re not the seller
At KAYAK we don’t set prices, so it’s not possible for us to guarantee what other companies are selling.

We aggregate tons of data for you
Our service lets you quickly and easily compare results from hundreds of travel sites at once. In this sense, KAYAK is a search engine and we don't guarantee prices we find.

Why aren’t prices accurate 100% of the time?
Prices on airline seats, hotel rooms and car rentals can change frequently. Several people may also be trying to buy the same travel option simultaneously. As a result, you may find on occasion that certain prices are no longer available.
