Rate was fair. ATL drop off went above and beyond.Cons:
Windshield was cracked and AL office would not answer phone to discus. Ended up turning around and backtracking 20 miles to make sure the damage had been noted.10.0 Wonderful

The line at the terminal took forever!!!!!!!! The process should be streamlined and add some people behind the counter. I stood in line for nearly an hour. Totally unacceptable. Other than that everything was very favorable.4.8 Mediocre
