The area and location was good and the rooms was clean and I really enjoyed the cost.
There wasn't a refrigerator in there, I would like to have one in their.
It was very clean.
Everything was good.
This hotel is in desperate need of an update. The carpet was filthy, the blanket on the bed was so old that it felt like rubber, we had to remove it from the bed completely. The room had a bad odor and it was a non smoking room. Room was hot.
Location and customer service was good.
The first room we were in we had to ask to change rooms. The smell of mildew was overpowering! The 2nd room was smelly as well, Our feet were black on the bottom from the dirty carpet. Never will stay here again!
Staff friendly and breakfast good okay for just sleeping and breakfast!
Floors damp little run down exercise room a joke as non of equipment worked properly, example: treadmill went one speed it was throw you into the wall fast! Others would not turn on or had broken sign on
I had trouble with the reservation. It took to long to check in. The room was horrible.
The carpet was dirty.I had to go buy sandles to wear around the hotel room so my feet would not turn black it was gross.I spoke to the front desk about it but the room they wanted to move me to had kids beside it and they were loud.
Old, dirty, run down. Cigarette burns all over comforter, towels had stains, mildew on ceiling. Blurry tube tv.
The room was clean and cared for.
When we checked in I was not asked for my ID. When we got in the room, it had no power. They did correct the problem within about 10 minutes. The fire exit doors in the breakfast room were blocked by tables and chairs only a foot away from the door.
Not booked day I wanted
Not booked day I wanted.
The hall is very nice Breakfast is excellent. Our room was very big, not a standard room at this hotel.
They forgot to make our room but gave us new towels. It was O.k. Minor inconvenient.
I can't think of anything that I loved about this hotel.
The room smelt like a wet, sour dog. The room was very small and very outdated. The tv was a box type tv that had a fuzzy picture. The remote didn't work. The breakfast was ok but the milk was sour and ruined. Overall, BAD hotel.
They had a good breakfast but had no towels and no toilet tissue when asks for more had to steel some out of another bathroom and had to dry off with small face towels.
The hotel was really a great stay...could use some updating, but overall the room was clean, the shower head was new and had great water pressure, and the room had everything you could need.
Easy check in and check out. Staff was courteous. Breakfast was good and room was clean. Close to our destination. Good value for the money.
Not the best place I've stayed, but certainly not the worst. But would definately stay again. Clean big room. Close to a main strip with restaurants.
This was a great value.friendly staff, very courteous and helpful. Super clean room and comfy bed!
Booked because of low rate. got what I paid for. Room key didn't work well. Ice machines were not working. Male staff acted like he was irritated by simple request. Room was o.k., but not luxury. I would not stay there again, no matter how cheap the rates.
Having always known Ramada Inns, yet having a bad experience in another Louisiana Ramada, I just HAD to give this one a chance. It was a good choice. Older, yes, but very clean and updated. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Though the hotel is a perfect place for contractors and workers, it was quiet and restful for our one night. I usually travel with extra sheets and pillows just in case things aren't santitary, but those linens stayed in my car. The carpets have not been updated and after wearing my white socks around that evening, I just knew they would be filthy, but they were as white as I put them on. Don't let the carpet stains keep you from feeling secure in the cleaniness. We will be stopping here again. Thank you for a perfect sleeping rest from our travel.
It took 45 minutes to get checked in. We went to the room and the key would not work so I went back and they gave me another key. I went back to the room and opened the door and found someones bags on the bed. They had given me a room that was already occupied. Lucky for me they was not in their room at that time.
