Positives: clean crisp linens, plenty of towels and washcloths, comfortable bed, quiet place, exclusive location to itself but also close to many shopping venues and a movie theater.
Negatives: stood at the check in desk for nearly 25 minutes with nobody present (even called the hotel on my cell hoping a phone would ring in the back and get someone's attention), was told rate could have been nearly $30 a night less expensive but nothing could be done about it, no lotion, outlet for coffee machine not working (no morning coffee=unhappy), exited hotel to retrieve my bag from my vehicle and upon attempting to re enter the front door would not open with or without room key; went to side door still couldn't get in; went to back door and still couldn't get in; returned to front door where I stood for almost an hour trying my room key again, calling the hotel multiple times with no answer, even called their sister property a few exits up in hopes of someone paging the front desk or manager to let me in, eventually after knocking hard on the doors an employee let me in. I departed the hotel 3 hours early out of pure frustration with my experience. Sent feedback but have yet to hear back. For the price I paid (over $110) I could have very well chosen the Hilton, or Marriott and gotten much more acceptable service.
