Price and location.
The need to upgrade facility's. Also need to upgrade television sets.
reservation was not there when I arrived...a man in parking lot tried to rob me, bad place..the hotel smelled, like people were selling crack in the lobby and dong it in the rooms, just horrible..worst hotel ever....
Spring break hotel, needs renovation.
The overall size of the rooms are nice. It had a pull out coach, just in case you needed it. The bed was comfortable. The pool was a plus. Nice, quiet, and relaxing for us; just we wanted.
The place needs an update, which isn't really a bad thing. Their breakfast was just enough to get you by, nothing special. The place does has its wear and tear, but not to unappealing.
The room was disgusting! The floor was soaking wet from a leak, the bathroom has cracks , mold, and the tub was stained yellow. The breakfast was just as disgusting abs I can't even describe the awfulness of everything. Do not waste your money here.! It should be torn down!
The room was very nice. The pool had a water fall (which my kids loved).
Management needs to rethink their approach to client satisfaction. My wife had to wait 30 minutes to check in. Only one desk clerk during a busy time of day. Manager walks by and informs the clerk that she is going on break. The clerk asks for help, and the manager just looks around, then walks away. Also, no hot breakfast. Just cereals, bagels, and yogurts.
the rooms smelled, the water pressure was terrible in the showers. the carpet was really gross,
Very relaxing weekend. Amazing pool, spacious room, best BLT ever from room service! Right next to a Walgreens and the mall.
Continental breakfast was delicious.
Room was at the end of the hallway next to the elevator.
It needs updates TV was in poor condition the toilet kept running the shower pressure was very poor, the door would close all the way, beds were ok hotel was just dirty
Location. The staff was pleasant, even though they couldn't overcome the poor maintenance of the facility.
The lock on our room door didn't work properly. The front desk made 6 card keys for us, but we still had to get a staff member to let us into the room every time. The valve to switch from shower to bath was corroded in place between positions so the water came out half through the shower head and half through the bath faucet. The elevator wasn't working and our room was right beside the stairwell. All night the stairwell door slammed every time someone went up or down. We canceled the second night of our 2 night stay and moved to a different hotel. The hotel told us they couldn't refund the second night of our prepaid reservation even though we informed them we were leaving well before the cancelation cut off time.
