Business, Other Amenities
Featured amenities include laundry facilities, a safe deposit box at the front desk, and an elevator (lift). Free self parking is available onsite.
Convenient, large room, good wifi, fridge and microwave are nice to have.
The breakfast can't really be considered a true breakfast. Coffee, packaged muffins, breakfast bars and a piece of fruit... I'm not sure what you call that.
It was all in all about average
Amazing staff and clean room. No noise issues and enjoyed our stay all the way!
The friendly customer service.
Lack of cleanlyness.
There were still rooms available on my last minute to stay at a hotel. The price was okay. I was looking for a low price that i could afford. The other hotels were over $--- a nite.
Great location for Levi's stadium just a short walk down the road. Don't have to worry about parking. The staff was all very nice an helpful with any questions we had!
The room was spacious and it has a fridge, a stove and a microwave oven.
There is no room service if you are staying less than seven days. There is usually no one at the front desk at night. The hotel is very close to the railroad and it is quiet noisy in the morning.
No room service There is a lot of noise from the railroad next to the hotel
Location! Its too far from everything...
The staff of always friendly and for the most part accommodating, when it is in there means to do so. The location is hidden, but that's another reason why I like it since at times I like to get away from life. I've never had any reason to complain
Nothing was bad, although id suggest either another elevator installed in another part of the hotel, say one of the sides where the back stairs are
It was near highway. Clean and Comfortable.
WE needed non smoking so they only had a handicapped. Which was OK but the bathrooms hand held shower completely came apart and was broken off. The window was open in the room when we arrived which was odd.
Was placed in a wheelchair accessible room without being told, shower didn't work. Was only there one night so didn't want to bother to change
Nice friendly staff
Power outlet only on one side of bed.
It was very clean and ready before check in time they allowed us in! The room was very very nice! Felt like home!
The continental breakfast was not good at all!
Fridges and microwave
Close to the Levi's stadium and shopping center
the hall smelled like cigarettes and my request of two beds was not met. I was given only one bed. They also gave away another customers room. He flew in from India and had no room.
The staff and the fact they are one of a few hotels that still offer smoking rooms.
Having to leave...
The staff was very friendly, and kitchen equipment was provided free of charge. Breakfast was simple but good tasting. Parking was free and very convenient. By car, everything we needed during our half-week stay was quite close.
The elevator was out of order, but it was fixed quite quickly. The hotel is right next to the train tracks, and the train regularly makes a loud noise when it drives past, so be prepared for that in case you get a room on the side of the tracks.
The lady at the front desk was rude at check in, i requested if i can have a two bed room and she told me that i have to pay extra. the room she gave me was a dirty room the there were used towels in the bathroom and the bed look like someone had used it
Privacy and convenience
Unconcerned, distracted staff; I had to wait for them to finish a personal conversation (in person!) or interrupt them engaging with their phones. Also my room was dirty. The room smelled, and there were smashed crackers on the floor next to the bed.
The staff at this hotel went way out of their way to please us.
Many of the guests prior to us must have used the kitchen to cook curry...so because of that, we had to tolerate a smell that I'm not a fan of.
Staff were great, The front desk was excellent in taking care if our problem.
I wish it had a fitness center
Price was way more than I used to paying. The bed was horrible, might have been more comfortable on the floor
Excellent desk help
Dirty towel in bathroom. Clock alarm needs replacing. Numbers impossible to read.
everything. customer service lack in many areas
We like the kitchen with refrigidare, microwave.
They did not clean my room every day
The full-size kitchen.
Close to railway. The train was loud and the noise coming from construction was horrible.
Hair in the bed, room not cleaned after first night
The tv with DVD blu ray
The noise level from train and there was no bathtub, check in took While
Room size was fine
Carpets had stains, puff of white clouds came out of pillows when padded, didn't really need the train blow horn, there wasn't any breakfast eating room near lobby.
Dirty. No room service. Uncomfortable.
Booked day of via Priceline Express Deals so I cannot complain about the price and only stayed one night. I guess if I needed to stay longer the kitchen would have been useful, but otherwise a lot is squeezed into the room. Free Wi-Fi works, but bandwidth is very limited. Free breakfast is coffee plus individually wrapped store-bought muffins and granola bars, so kind of a stretch to call that breakfast. Room seemed a bit run down, but was clean. Didn't stay long enough to find out what the effect of not having daily maid service would be like. Front desk staff was friendly. They charge a $100 deposit which is refunded upon checkout and shows the next day on the CC statement.
Poor breakfast. Big noise by the railroad train.
1. Mattress felt like an air bed and hence uncomfortable 2. Train horn makes it impossible to sleep through early morning hours 3. Alarm clock didn't work 4. AC is poorly located right below the curtain, blows them aside allowing morning light.
I wouldn't return voluntarily.
It was smelly and as such not particularly inviting. It just wasn't very clean.
Comes with kitchen.
1. early check in cost another full price. 2. room service once a week.
Other than the location there is nothing to like about this hotel
1. I had to wait for almost 15 minutes in order to check in as the attendant was busy on the phone. 2. Room was not cleaned at all and didn't have basic things 3. When asked for cleaning the room I was arrogantly told that it would cost me $10
The kitchen was very dirty and the room seemed dusty. And I am not a germaphobe.
NOTHING WILL NEVER STAY THERE AGAIN! The staff is unfriendly and utterly rude.
I hated my entire stay -----------------GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK, PLEASE!
We arrived after midnight so options were limited. But they did not have a non-smoking room. The smell was horrible. We left the window open. At 6:00 AM trains started coming through blasting their horns. Not a good experience.
Yes..no pool, no Jacuzzi, no business room, I got only one bed, location is ugly.
Nothing at all priceline book me some where I did enter want stay messed up whole night
Everything was not supost to stay there
Don't stay here! Hotel is old and bad area. I had everything stolen. The hotel is not worth the money. I rather stay at a Best Western or Days Inn. During my 1 night stay in less that 5 hours I had everything stolen from the car. Hotel charge me extra just for an extra bed.
