Arrived at 4:30 AM and early staffed check us in to avoid complicated late arrival check-in.
Put us in smoking room. Said I would have to contact Priceline to change non-smoking. After long discussion they allowed moved me to non-smoking. Rooms are in terrible shape. Breakfast was a joke. Surprised this hotel meets any national chain standardBreakfast was terrible. Stale packaged donuts, Staff was not dressed professionally. Had a hard time getting the staff to move us from smoking to non-smoking room. Poor pride of ownership. Condition of facility was terrible. It is hard to believe that this hotel would meet the standard of any national hotel chain and especially relative to other 2 star chains. Would never recommend the hotel.
Room smelled. Had fleas or other bugs. Breakfast is not very good.Room smelled when we walked in. We got in late after a 12 hour drive and went to sleep right away. My family woke up with bug bites all over. We now have huge red itchy welts a day after our stay.
The room did not stay warm. we were COLD The trash cans were too tiny and not enough towels. Had too wait too long to check in after driving over 8 hrs/500miles
The lady at the front desk was very sweet, she had a smile the whole time.
Nothing I can think of.
Was exactly what we were looking for. A clean place to sleep while traveling cross county. No bells & whistles but we didn't need that.
Parking spaces full. Had to carry luggage around from opposite side of building. Maybe they rent parking for airport travelers
This place is the grossest place I've ever been. The room was stinky, there were black crusty stuff all over the walls, sheet rock was falling off walls, tub had a hole in it, & to top it off there was a razor blade under the lamp.
Free breakfast was good
neighbors were up till 4am, with lots of vehicles coming by and lots of foot traffic.
Clean, clean, clean! That is my number one priority, and this hotel met that requirement perfectly. I don't care about high-end furniture or TV. It was perfectly acceptable, clan, the staff extremely friendly and accommodating, the bed comfortable.
Not much. Just a bulb burned out that should've been replaced on a bedside lamp, and the drain a bit slow in the tub. Things that can be lived with.Passing thru from Phoenix to St Louis, we only needed a comfortable, clean place to land for the night and this Red Roof Inn was perfect. We had a micro, fridge & in-room coffee. We didn't take advantage of the free breakfast, as we got on the road before it began at 6am. The king bed was VERY comfortable, with nice pillows, and even extra ones. And all for an extremely reasonable price. The front desk folks (the only staff we had contact with) were very friendly and accommodating. We were so impressed and had such a good night's sleep on the trip...
