Pros:
The car was not even clean or sanitized , when they handed me the car over , I wiped the steering wheel and gear , and my wipes turned brown everywhere it made contact with the car’s interior, not only that the smell of cigarettes in the car was the worse thingCons:
They should clean the cars and if they had smell of cigs they should have it detailed , it’s not fair for those who don’t smoke in the car and follow the rules if renting out. Secondly instead of masking the smell with air freshener they should just let the client know and have the client make that decision. Very unprofessional10.0 Wonderful

Cons:
This was the worst, most stressful car rental experience that I've ever had. The guy was rude. I could not use a debit card for my transaction, it had to be a debit card. If that's the policy, fine. But he was forcing me into a credit check and would not let me call my husband to bring me my credit card. I had to abort and cancel my reservation and wall with all of my luggage down the road to enterprise where they let me use my debitBudget

Customer service agents in office were pleasant but they are overworked. The same people who check in/out cars are thrbknes who have to clean/service cars had issue with car but they were very accommodating.Cons:
Car was filthy. No wiper fluid. Wiper blades did not even touch window. Try driving in snow like that.2.0 Poor
