We've been staying here every time we come to visit Disneyland and find that you get a great deal every time. It's within walking distance to Disneyland and staff is always friendly. It's not too fancy but it's a place to sleep after visiting the parks all day.
The hotel was at a great location.
I just felt that it was a little far for the convention center for the price.
We traveled with small children so the location was super convenient. We were able to walk to and from Disneyland with NO complaints! The breakfast buffet (price) was another great thing.
I've stayed at the Anaheim Plaza several times. The location is perfect for visiting the Disneyland Resort and the cost is affordable for the location. Facilities are older but kept clean. Staff is always friendly and helpful.
The location is the best, one block from Disneyland
The room is really basic.
Easy walk to Disneyland entrance. Good price. Clean. Had pool and restaurant if we'd wanted it. Parking included and let us leave car there for the day after checked out. Thanks!
The staff was fantastic. Great location and not to expensive.
as close as you can get without staying RIGHT across the street large pool fridge and microwave in room breakfast buffet is pretty decent and inexpensive big balcony/yard area w chairs on most rooms to go outside or put wet swimsuits reminds me of the Golden Girls (there is a sign that says 'Lanai" on the side of a building!!) restaurant in hotel gift store with drinks, band aids, sunscreen and other disney items vending machine for every building vending machine had cup-o-noodles in it only 2 floors high
some of the staff can be rude (some are nice though) no wifi tv's are old channels are fuzzy/poor quality room fixtures are old (but not dirty) no elevator for second floor
Pros: Nice pool Nice location Good breakfast Cleaning and pool staff very nice
cons: Small rooms Facilities old! Found a big dead bug on toilet after they cleaned Desk staff just ok
You are paying for location, and then you are paying half as much as most hotels in the area, when you go to Disneyland your hotel is basically a place to sleep and shower and like I said this was about half of what the others were charging and waaaaaay less than the three Disney hotels.
The bathroom tile is slippery and it's not the best place in the world, but like I said we booked here to save money.
I like the proximity to the parks
I stay here a lot. They won't let you check in before 3:00. Last time it was three , and my room is not ready. I am sure not all the rooms get done exactly at 3:00. They use to try to accommodate , and at least offer that I could call back and check, not this time. The woman wasent friendly either.
I like how it was walking distance to Disneyland. Staff was very friendly. It wasn't too pricey.
We didn't like how little water was coming out of the shower head. The water kept getting hot and cold (cold most of the time) and the bath tub was draining so slowly, that by the end of showering, the water was already up to your ankles. Other than that, id stay here again.
We enjoyed the location, buffet breakfast, staff's willingness to accommodate our large family and putting us all in the same area of the hotel.
The rooms lacked ventilation, after a shower the bathrooms would be foggy for hours. The room lacks electrical plugs.
I think you totally get what you pay for. We have stayed at multiple hotels near Disneyland, some more expensive, some less expensive...I truly think this one represents its price well. The room was not bad, outdated yes, but the beds were comfortable and my room appeared very clean. I loved having an outside fenced in patio, great for a very active 2 year old. Our room had both a microwave and a refrigerator. Also, hello - can't get much closer to the main gate than this place, which is really why we were there anyway! Staff was friendly, pool was huge - didn't get a chance to swim but we did use the hot tub. I'd stay again
Expensive wifi in a location where I had very bad service coverage.
Easy proximity to Disneyland parks and relatively inexpensive cost is the main reason to stay at this hotel. The room was large and clean enough but very dated and tired looking. It needs a major upgrade. Air conditioning worked great although it was very loud making it difficult to sleep. The shower though not large had plenty of hot water and decent pressure, which is a plus in my book. The beds were pretty comfortable though the pillows left a lot to be desired. Overall not bad.
the hotel is very outdated, with long narrow creepy, maze like hallways. Also the carpets are filthy, be prepared to always wear your shoes if you don't want blackened soles. The hotel does have wifi but it isn't free it is a scaled fee from an outside vendor that you prepay to use and it's only for one device. Did I mention the headboard fell off the wall, nearly hitting my daughter?
Across the street from Disney was a major factor.
I don't have any complaints
Distance from disneyland
Very old hotel, Needs major updating. For being so run down they should at least offer a complimentary breakfast. Parking is terrible.
Friendliness of employees. Price was ok. Close to Disneyland.
Faucet in bathroom not working. Leaking and no force.
Location and convienience.
There was no free WIFi. I would imagine that this hotel has a lot of business clientele, and free WIFI should be a given rather than an extra paid expense.
It was extremely close especially for the price. The staff was really attentive.
Decor was outdated and plain .
Location is wonderful - very close to the park entrance and to restaurants. Our room at the interior of the complex was very quiet.
When we tried to have breakfast, there was no one around at the restaurant, although it appeared to be open. Check in was a hastle - we had to check in twice with a half our wait in between. Staff wasn't very communicative when we had questions. A bit high priced for the type of room we received.
