Rooms were outdated and in bad shape. Also I booked but was no reservations for one of them. I reserved two rooms with king beds and were given two double beds in each room. This was a Valentine’s Day trip that turned into a nightmare.

Pros:Loved the pool and the ocean views. The staff was all very friendly and helpful. Drinks from the poolside bar were amazing!
Cons:The rooms (building 4) were so rundown. The shower components were all lose from the wall, bathroom window was broken and crooked in its place. Tv was old and had “snow” over all the channels. Curtains were old and torn. Place needs an update. But our room was clean!

Cons:Get ready for a long list of rules including no coolers, no fun, no internet (because it is useless). Mediocre amenities and below standard service. Their absurd rules will have you wishing you stayed somewhere else.

Cons:I did not like the small extremelly soft pillows and the air conditioner turns out and on out and on no matter if you put it in low high or auto. we all got sick after leaving the hotel because of the changing temperature in the rooms

Pros:The level of relaxation I attained at the Rincon beach resort was rejuvenating and revitalizing. The beach and pool are in great proximity. The garden and palms are perfectly placed and spaced. The beach chairs are comfortable. the beach also offers a long stretch to walk or bath along. The pool is nicely shaped with a shallow and deeper end. The hot tub. Is very comfortable and a good size. There's also a swim up bar and a new outdoor grill for your food and beverage needs. Rooms are private and balconies are perfect for relaxing at sunset. The staff was great. All very polite and professional with great knowledge of the resort and surrounding area. Jose Torres, Antonio, and Geneva at bar tending and Marcelo at the front desk just to name a few. They made my stay truley unforgettable. I will return again someday soon.
Cons:Hot tub and pool need to stay open 24hrs. A few putters for the putting green and I wouldn't mind seeing paddle boards for rent the next time I stay there. Other than that it's great.

Pros:The staff and the check in counter was nice.
Cons:As soon as we arrived to the hotel there was no one to help with the luggage. The elevator was really slow and smelled strange. The balcony of our room smelled a bit like urine. The blanket was the most scratchy uncomfortable fleece I have ever had the displeasure of using. No extra pillows in the room. The room door has to be pulled shut and won't close by itself. The sand was very dirty and littered with cigarette butts.
