Room was clean,hotel was clean.
The breakfast was gross. It was fresh and hot. but it had NO taste its all preprocessed food and was nasty.
It was quiet as far as noises OUTSIDE the hotel penetrating. There was a point when, however, less a number of guests exited rooms within seconds of each other, someone was opened doors sequentially down the hall and allowing them to close w/ a bang!
The location of this hotel made getting to the parking lot a bit of puzzle until we got used to it. A few trips to local stores did it, but up to check in we were worried.
Nice decor, was pleasantly surprised!
Was nicely decorated, pool area was nice, breakfast choice was good.
Had 2 rooms. Housekeeping was poor. Entered the room and previous guest shoes were still there ( should have been a red flag). Dirty wash rag was left over shower bar.(2nd flag). As we were laying down for evening, dirty socks were found in the bed.
The room & bed was great.
The buffet was horrible. Worst buffet breakfast food ever. coffee was from a machine made with coffee syrup. The hotel lobby smelled like it was doused in Fabreeze deodorizor, way to overpowering. T
Enjoyed my stay.Hotel is being renovated but everyone was so nice and helpful in every way.
Did not like that I tried to re-book same hotel this week and rate went from $--!I wanted to go back but was not able to afford.
Everything about this hotel was great. No problems at all.
Rooms were spacious, comfortable, and quiet. Interior decorating was well done. The hotel was close to major attractions in the area. The swimming pool was a bonus for the 3 grandkids and our suite was perfect to accommodate them and us.
Although the hotel was not close to the freeway, would help to put some trees in front to soften the view of the freeway.
What was there not to like? Room perfect ... noise was limited even though there was a youth baseball tournament in town... 65 teams ... boys 11-12 everywhere. Staff was having people sign up to a quite time when they checked in. It wa 10 pm to 7 am.
The entire hotel looks brand new and is very well taken care of. It was definitely a fantastic room and well more than I expected for the price. I will definitely stay there again when in Ardmore.
I got trapped in the elevator for 45 minutes and the fire department had to come get us out. I was promised a refund. I have never received my refund. Not honest people. Don't make a promise you don't keep.
I liked the fragrance and the cleanliness of the hallways. My room was immaculate.
It was probably the best stay I've had for an overnight business trip. The check-in was the fastest I have had and the room was nice. They had a bag of popcorn and a water for a late snack while watching TV. Enjoyed the breakfast and staff was great.
The rooms were nice and it was easy to find. It was close to shopping areas.
The breakfast was okay, not fantastic. There was a dirty table by the elevators that no one ever picked up the trash off of. The elevator was jerky.
Being close to 35.
Staff did not know how To handle Priceline purchases. I called Priceline to fix staff charging me then the next day they tried o charge me AGAIN and I had to argue with them on why not to.
Very nice and clean room, fast check in, comfy beds
This Hotel is relatively new, and is in great shape. Best option for the money in Ardmore.
