LOVED this place. We had a studio suite and it was perfect for the two of us. All of the amenities were very up-to-date; I loved the decor. There were a lot of stairs, but I found that to be true all over Asheville. That's how you get your exercise on vacation, right? The staff upon check in, as well as check out were very friendly. At check-in they were very informative of what they had to offer. We took advantage of the fire pit and the outside hot tub and it was lovely in the cool, crisp night air. I would definitely stay here again, and have recommended it to others.
Loved this hotel! I would definitely go back! Great price!
We stayed in a studio. It was 2 adults, 2 toddlers, and our Yorkie. It was the right amount of space and we loved it. Everything was clean and upgraded. What you see in pictures on their website is exactly what you get. Friends who were staying at Grove Park Inn liked our room better than theirs! We will definitely stay here again next time we're in Asheville!
From the fireplace to the balcony, the suite was like a home away from home
I can't recommend this place highly enough. I was in town by myself for a little real estate tour, and after seeing my room, I wished I was planning to stay longer. Beautiful bathroom with HUGE shower . . . kitchen had full-size stainless appliances . . . nice stone fireplace . . . the folks in the office were super-friendly and gave me a great dinner recommendation. I liked that it's tucked away in what looks like a residential area, but it's just off Biltmore. I will definitely stay here again.
My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Residences at Biltmore. For the price and accommodations, we would have been hard pressed to find a better deal. The location is great as it is conveniently located next to the Biltmore Estates and only minutes from downtown Asheville, NC and the Grove Park Inn, which is a nice place to visit, but a little more than we wanted to spend to stay overnight. We stayed at the Residences four nights for the same amount that we would have spent to stay two nights at the GPI. The studio room was very nice, comfortable, and well kept. It was nice to sit around the outdoor firepit at night and jump in the heated spa if we wanted. Upon arriving our host was extremely friendly and very helpful; offering many tips on excellent restaurants and places to see.
We really enjoyed this hotel. The king bed in the master suite was very comfortable- however, the sleeper sofa was extremely uncomfortable. Ended up not using it as a pull out sleeper but just slept on it as a couch. Kitchen was a nice addition and made the trip a little easier. Very helpful staff and the fire pit and pool were an extra bonus. Very close to downtown (about 1.5 miles) and easy to get into and out of this location. Would stay here again.
This hotel/condo was amazingly clean (and trust me on this- I rarely think anything is clean), perfect location to Biltmore House and restaurants, beautiful pool and fire pit. The exercise room was great too! We had a fabulous stay! The kitchen was perfect to be able to eat in and the kids loved staying in the den with the pull out sofa bed. Fabulous - highly, highly recommended!
The staff was so helpful and friendly and the room was gorgeous and cozy, like having a small apartment for the night. We were greeted with hot tea and coffee by the staff at the front desk and offered an array of movies to pick from if we wanted to just have a quiet evening in. The suite was wonderful- whirlpool tub, beautiful fireplace, balcony, full kitchen and the beds were simply heavenly! Also in a great location, quiet but close to everything.
We stayed here when we took our son to his college orientation. THe hotel is fairly close to UNCA so it was a convenient place to stay. It was spacious and very comfortable and clean! THe bed was super comfy and our son stayed on the pull out couch and didn't complain. The only thing we thought was so-so was the rather lame fake fireplace. We thought that it would be a real gas log fireplace! Other than that we would recommend this place highly!
This hotel is an apartment/ condo building that rents outs units daily. The space was great. The rooms are very nice - well appointed. The only problem was the noise. We were awakedned at night by people in adjoining rooms. They really were not that loud , it was just like they were in the room with us. There is no sound insulation. If a door shuts anywhere in the rooms around you, it shakes the whole unit. It is a shame becuase other than that, it was very nice. But I would not stay ther again due to the noise.
