Staff very nice. Room was quite
Shower was leaking!
wanted to upgrade to two beds but night clerk didn't know procedure.
Dirty and very unprofessional staff. They advertise free breakfast, but it is only namesake breakfast.
Room.was handicapped made things a little difficult
We came to visit a family member who was in the hospital, and the hotel was only a 4 minute drive. Very convenient! The room had recently been painted and new flooring put in. It was clean and comfortable. Quiet atmosphere, and we slept well.
It was extended stay, but you have to ask for the items you need, such as coffee pot, cups, plates. Did not know that at check in, so had to go back to front desk for these items. This was a little inconvenient. Okay place to crash for the night.
The nice renovated room
The hotel is open during renovations andVERY noisy.....
The staff was nice, and the hotel was really nice due to it being remodeled. The location was ideal for us and very close to everything that we needed.
There was a lot of noise due to the construction. The fire alarm went off and the sprinkler system went off which soaked the elevator with water and we had to take the stairs from the 3rd floor on my bad knee. There were no clean sheets available.
Friendly staff, clean rooms
All kitchen supplies have been removed from the rooms and must be requested from the front desk
Location and Cleanliness
One of the staff member was very rude when we checked into the hotel. We were kept waiting for long time; inspite of our turn to check-in she tried to help the other person.Other staff members were good and very helpful.
Location is good, responsive staff, nice to have kitchen, great to have internet.
Bathroom and kitchen needs attention - looking old and worn.
i liked the location of the hotel
they claimed they didn't have anymore double bed non smoking rooms but the 3 nights we were there the parking lot was not packed at all. room service did not come to clean daily and we didn't have any pans, fork, spoons, etc. in the kitchen.
Sheets had stains. Hair on the sheets and bathroom counters.
Very clean. Good location
No amenities. No shampoo or hair dryer. Very bleak furnishings.
I didn't like it
Yes i booked the room and when I got there they said there no queen left so she had to charge me a extra 20 dollars lie it was my fault cause the only had double beds
Bed bugs, lack of management, noisy - fraternity style atmosphere.
Bed bugs! Lack of management up through the regional .
Size and location
I reserved 1 king and a double and receivved 2 single gueens
Location. Friendliness of the staff.
Did not expect to not have daily housekeeping service.
Very nice staff. Always great when I attend
It took about 3-4 mins for someone to notice me when I walked in. No bell to let someone know I was there
the location and great staff members.
room choice was limited.
dirty carpet, no daily housekeeping.
the location, clean, excellent staff Mark and Jennifer
The location from my job
No overall hotel was clean staff was not so friendly
Cigarette smell very strong in room and on the entire floor.
Full stove and oven
I was very displeased with the hotel ! After driving 200miles I got a room at the hotel and it had mold on the walls of the bathroom and it was nasty! I couldn't see myself staying there over night. Very displeased. I left and stay somewhere else.
it took 45 min to check-in upon arrival!
When I arrived after driving 12 hours at 2 AM, I was not out in a room until almost 6AM because the hotel was sold out. Staff wouldn't work with me because I booked my room through priceline. TOTAL disaster
Good location and good price.
It was a smoking room and smelled horrible. I asked for non-smoking, but those were all full. I see now why the price was so good. Had I known it was only smoking rooms, I would NOT have reserved this and would have spent more elsewhere
I liked the location
There isn't any continental breakfast.
Great Perimeter Location
Self Service Format and Weekly Cleaning Format not disclosed before purchase. Slow Internet, faster internet available for additonal purchase.
The Shower head had really great water pressure.
It was much older than I expected, and our room, and the entire floor we were on smelled strongly of smoke. It wasn't dirty, or unsafe, it was just way older/dinkier than I hoped it would be. Kind of reminded me of an old college dorm room.
I didn't like anything about this hotel.
I was very disappointed for the price that I paid. I booked for two adults, but could not get a room with two beds. The room smelled like a smoke den; I had to wash the clothes that I didn't wear because everything that I had with me smelled like smoke.
The staff was wonderful. I loved the fact that the hotel was a mere 10 minute walk from the MARTA station.
My children and I were stricken with a head lice infestation after sleeping in the beds for a single night. The microwave was not cleaned. There was food inside and it smelled horribly. The 'breakfast' was a joke. Bad coffee and a granola bar.
I stayed here while re-locating to Atlanta for a new job. I had planned on an original stay of 10 days, but moved out after four days. Very basic room that was cramped, with barely enough space to squeeze between bed to the kitchenette and bath. Bed was not particularly good and the sofa bed was like sitting on a box. Toilet was hard to flush. And when I saw the bed linens and blanket in daylight and how, shall we say, ''soiled'' they were - with the stained end of the sheets and blanket tucked under the foot - I left. And will never return. Like another reviewer I too was ashamed to tell friends where I was staying.
This hotel is in a great location in the midst of lots of shopping and dining options (Perimeter Center). However, don't expect any luxuries or exceptional furnishings - average at best. There was no shampoo or blow-dryer in the room but there is a fully stocked kitchenette. There is also a daily charge of $4.95 for wi-fi access. If you just need a place to sleep, this hotel would suffice.
My husband and I had a great time at Extended Stay! The staff was very helpful (especially Issac). The rooms were very spacious and comfortable. We are coming back to this hotel for our family reunion next month!
I requested non-smoking room but when I entered the room it smelled smoky and there were a number of ashtrays within it. I called the front desk and they said that it was a non-smoking room but a previous guest smoked in it. There was no offer to move me to a ''real'' non-smoking room. Once someone smokes in a room it is no longer a ''non-smoking room''. When I checked out the next day, I told the clerk the same story and there was no offer to discount or remedy the situation...only ''I'm sorry''.
This place is tacky. The rooms are cramped. The front desk closes at 11pm. I was ashamed to tell my friend where I was staying.
