Room faced lobby, was bright all night long, tons of noise coming into room, room was not ready when we arrived as offered online for 3pm check in, waste of 200 dollars, didn't sleep all night due to light coming in and noise from lobby traffic, would NEVER stay if here if had a choice elsewhere
The room was nice but you need to be at the rite tower.
Staff was rood at registration,we booked 2 rooms but they only showed one, also they wanted to give us double beds although we booked one king size bed.
While AC seems to be running down, this resort seem to be getting better. Unlike may stays in AC at other hotels, with the exception of Revel (closed) and Borgata, most place have become dirty and old, Caesar's room were spotless, nothing seemed old or run down (and I stayed at the old tower). The restaurants in the center lobby was pleasant to have dinner and a drink , connection to the mall was convenient, and the third floor restaurant in the Mall where very impressive and Manhattan like. I would recommend a couples weekend here, even for those who stay out of the Casino, as I did.
I got a great deal on a room in the Centurion Tower (about $125 a night even after the resort fee, which was about $26 a day that they charge you at the end) and wasn't expecting a lot, though the room had a great view and was quite beautiful. Maid service was proficient in keeping it clean for the two days my girlfriend and I stayed there and I was overall very satisfied with the value I got while staying here, despite the bad Yelp reviews.
The TV in the mirror (which I think is an item only available in the premium rooms) was broken, and when I called maintenance about it, they said most of those mirror TVs throughout the hotel were broken. It wasn't an essential feature of the room, though it was unfortunate that it didn't work.
I just came back from Europe that was a month long, this hotel is totally a replication of the hotels in Europe! High quality rooms that are extremely clean! I won't stay anywhere else now!
Every thing was goog
Every thing was good except the smell of smoking butchers us although our room was non smoking
I thought the staff was so helpful and friendly
Between the parking $10,hotel fee $25, car attendant $5,porter to help unload 2 bags from trunk $5 bell hop $5 then leaving bell hop$5 porter to help load 2 bags in car $5 car attendant another $5 total of and additional $65 . This is just plain highway robbery .This is the last time for cesars for us and our friends.View from the room was plain ridiculous it was the few of the lobby where check in was,and the lights were so bright in our room we had to tape the curtains closed.
bars & staffs are greatest
1- shower heads needs to be replaced 2- Handicap shower is terrible in my room 3- Bed skirt were torn badly .. needs many repairs in all rooms
The bathroom is horrible y small& very uncomfortable. .. Would never stay there.
Clean big room
Room advertised at $58 + $20 tax at booking on kayak + $36 in room fees and more taxes at check out Total room $58 Total taxes and addin fees $56 Is there some thing wrong worth this picture ?
Caesar's was alive with energy! From the gelato shop near the entrance to the beautiful room (great shower and view) we had, we would definitely go back the next time we're in Atlantic City. Customer Service is GREAT! Our agent at the desk went way out of his way to get us out of a pickle. Access to the pier shops and other hotels was very convenient. A short walk thru outlet shops to The Convention Center for work.
...But he should have. Room was great. Loved the shower and beds. Loved the location as it was super easy to get to off the highway. Great view from the pier shops. Asked for a quiet, low traffic area room, and got exactly that. It was a Thursday in the off season, to be honest. Overall a good experience.
Check-in took a bit longer than anticipated. We arrived around midnight, and there was only 1 other guest waiting to check in. It took about 20 minutes before we got to the desk. Also the parking situation isn't very clear, so we asked the valet who said parking was $10 either way. We had the valet take the car, only to find later parking is compensated for hotel guests. Those were the only 2, albeit minor, things we encountered.
Huge modern room. Comfortable beds. Easy access to pier shops
Nothing. It was great
My girl like the shopping .
We did not like that we had to change rooms three times . First room had a pungent smell to it . Second room had no heat . Third room was fine .
During my stay at Ceasars I enjoyed the dinning, gambling and night club Dusk. The staff were accommodating and friendly.
During my stay at Caesars what I did not like were the rooms. I PAID for a non-smoking room and immediately as I walked into the room it smelled of smoke and weed. That is absolutely unacceptable. I did report the smell to the front desk immediately and did not ask for my room to be changed because we were already settling in. Second, as the night progressed we found many flaws with the room. The sink was not working properly, it would make a loud sound if the water ran for more than 30 seconds. Also, the shower leaked and did not drain properly. This is unacceptable because I felt like I showered in my own dirt at my feet. As well as when I got out of the shower the water had already leaked all over the floor. Lastly, the room was extremely warm while sleeping and the climate control unit would not lower the temperature. This laundry list of issues made my stay not comfortable. If this is the quality of your rooms I will not be booking a room again at Caesars nor will I be recommending this hotel to anyone else. I would actually advise again staying at Caesars. I understand I was young and not a priority client but that is no reason to stick me in a room that was not quality. I explained my issues to the front desk personnel and they waived my $22.00 resort fee. It would have been nice if a manager came and spoke with me and reassured me that this is not how the rooms are typically. A profitable hotel like Caesars should have been more concerned with the issues brought to their attention.
The atmosphere here is absolutely wonderful. We were greeted by Assem (spelling), young, very well dressed man. He was at the end of his shift and he was an absolute pleasure. He made our whole stay as we were traveling for our anniversary.
Most of the people working in customer services areas are very unfriendly, not welcoming and don't give a damn whether you are there or not. I am a manager of another establishment so customer service is something that is important to me.
Rooms and corridors are dated in decor. This casino/ hotel is lacking dining choices compared to others.
Absolutely nothing. Even parking and shuttle access was depressing especially the shuttle access.
Stupid bathroom design. Doors hit other doors and when open blocks the vanity. You have to shut the bathroom door to be able to open the toilet door but still somehow you get hit by it! It was the stupidest design ever. Go check room 7405. Which by the way it's not on the seventh floor, it's right infront of the utility equipment. Ironically they call it " ocean tower" which should be called " industrial view" tower. Access to the convention shuttle service at the basement was out dated, cold and unfriendly.
November Showers Their shower needed unclogging. You were showering in your own puddle of water.
Beds to soft and old cleanliness poor
Staff, policy not allowing eay check in - having to pay more
