Restroom is not clean, reservation is not the right amount, noise all night
Beds were ok
The bathroom was outdated. Bathroom floor blue tiles and shower curtain were dirty. Carpet floor looked dirty. 2 dusty closets I WAS DISAPPOINTED
Beachfront access, on the boardwalk, good parking, excellent staff.
Old, worn-down rooms and bathrooms. Bath instead of shower. More expensive than the one next door (Taj) which is a much nicer room, floor-to-ceiling windows, modern, updated and cheaper.
Location , all activities ,
No promotions or comps that would make me stay here instead of another hotel
Close to everything we wanted to do
Requested rooms together, they said it would be a problem...they did not keep that promise.
I liked that we can go outside right to the beach and rides . I liked the security guard checking everyone's room keys before you can get to the elevator. The staff is very polite. The bathroom is very spacious and clean. The beds are comfortable too.
Check in is late. We requested an early check in because our daughter needs to nap after going on the beach and before our 6:oo dinner reservation . Also a sign that there is a food court would be good to put in the lobby. Did not realize it was there.
Located directly on the boardwalk and beach. Plenty of restaurants within a few mins walking. New bathrooms. Rooms were comfortable and were inexpensive. Ocean views from the room. Would definitely recommend. Really enjoyed our stay here. Perfect getaway for a few days for adults. I would not advise bringing children. Besides the beach and the pier, there isn't much for children to do.
The room decor seemed a little dated, but that was the least of my worry. There was a mouse in our room (not that a mouse would hurt anything, we just didn't want it to get into our suitcases and food) and the front desk was more than willing to switch our rooms. Not that I was worried about it, but I figured there may have been a little compensation, but we can't control nature.
Casino hotel on the boardwalk is what this place has going for it. This hotel is next to the Taj Majal.
Not as many gaming tables and slots as the other hotel casinos. The fast food did not settle well either time we tried it (pizza place and soup place. BOOKED A KING SUITE AND WAS GIVEN A QUEEN WALL BED. Same price as all the others, but less for your money.
had a wonderful time, no complaints.
The staff was very good " sometimes " The restaurants & we ate at 3 different ones was very good. The room was very large and we had 2 different bathrooms.
Their was red stuff ( blood ) on one of the bathroom walls & shower curtain. We called down to house keeping, and no one came up. We left a note on the bathroom sink and they still did not clean it off. When we went for dinner I stopped at the front desk and asked them if they could have someone take care of it. When we got back they had finally cleaned it. They took off the shower curtain off and did not put a different one up. I called housekeeping and they did not bring up a clean curtain. We still did not have one up when we left. The bathrooms were out dated. No counter for my wife it do her makeup.
Clean, nice, friendly staff in hotel, restaurants and casino
Very light water pressure
We..like the whole experience..started it wit the check in..staff were great..very polite and helpful...food and drink.ere excellent,no complain, well the the place with visit..capprecio..
I give 3 stars only because the staff was corteous and proffessional. But overall, this hotel is a no-no.
I liked the old look, after all it was one of the first hotels, anyhow we enjoyed our stay the hotel had everything we wanted
They put a $5 Resort charge on you when you check out that suprised me, beacuse whenever I book on line all the charges and fees are included. However they had Land Shark Pub and alot of decent places around them. It was a good overall trip
The size of the room and the location were great! Would stay there again.
The bathroom in our room only had a very small shower stall.
Got upgraded to a suite at no extra cost staff was very friendly and helpful. Daniel was awesome!
First room I was given was very dated
Room not stocked, lamp broken, both room card keys disabled requiring trip to desk and charges for pool and parking. For a relatively expensive "resort" I was very disappointed in the rooms and particularly with the service.
Direct Access to the beach
Rooms were very dated and the overall hotel part of Resorts looked very old! I'm also still surprised that there are still hotels which don't offer a free Wifi, because these days even small motels offer it!
I was impressed with how nice the hotel was. Casino was great too
They hit me with a fee for checking out on time...
The food court on site was good, after playing for a while and room service and resturants are closed there is another option on site. This was a plus.
Small gaming floor, because there where limited tables open the tables where crowded. How can you play roulette with people on top of you. At 9pm I think that more than four roulette tables should be open, we walked around for an hour or two until there was room. I was going to leave....
