The price was good and the breakfast was pretty good as well.
Our shower curtain pole was loose and it was a bit scary. The room could be a bit bigger. Also the bed was way to soft. You kind of sunk into it.
Said it had a pool but never said it was outdoor only. They only do breakfast 2 days a week.
When we arrived, the outside and lobby/public areas met our expectations of cleanliness. The staff members were nice and accommodating. Our rooms were very clean and appliances worked well. The bed was big and pillows were comfy.
The AC unit in the first room was breaking down (we assumed). There was an extremely loud popping noise and flash that came out of it. It happened 3 times and we were concerned. So, we called the front desk and they moved us. New room had no problems.
Everything was very good! Location, room, breakfast, staff and amenities such as gym (even though the tv and clock didn't work) the laundryroom ( even though no detergent was available) and the computer( to print my boarding pass). I will stay there again
There was a piece of metal from the bed frame that when I got out of the bed I scraped the skin off my leg twice. I was told by the clerk that I couldn't get a receipt after my stay. Why?
Nice staff good breakfast
Check out is to early most hotels have a noon check out
After being moved into a 2nd room the accommodations were very good, a definite improvement over the 1st room. We liked the fact that the 2nd room was clean and didn't smell like a former smoking room as did 1st room..
Won't stay again!!
Breakfast was subpar
It was clean and the front desk staff was very friendly and courteous.
Its an old, outdated hotel. Furniture was worn. Cleaning staff had her cart at front entrance and had to squeeze by it to get in as she stood texting on her phone. Public areas needed updating, painting. Many custodial/maintenance doors open.
Stayed 4 days. Had to call office to have room cleaned on 2nd day. Housekeeping skipped cleaning it again on 3rd day - got back to the room too late to get them in there... Breakfast items didn't get restocked too well (milk, fruit, plates, etc.).
Perfect location to the Palace, Great Lakes Crossing, and other shopping centers. Breakfast was also delicious.
Cable was kind of iffy (in and out) and took awhile for the air conditioner to really cool down our room but once it did it was great.
Large bathroom for handicap and breakfast
Staff was great, also the breakfast.
Power outage the last day.
location was great and lobby was very nice breakfast good
Rooms very small and had bugs in them. Freeway side very loud.
The staff was very friendly and professional, the breakfast area was very well maintained, found everyone very accomodating.
The two bedroom was very small as far as space, and the bathroom itself was very narrow.
Breakfast in the morning was good. Rooms not very nice for $---
Location was confusing ,rooms not very nice.doir didn't lock properly!
When I booked it online, I chose the option 'pay when you stay' but when I checked in the receptionist told me that it was charged directly on my credit card??? And he refused to let me pay in person. Room is too small for King room and for what I paid.
The price was reasonable. The room was nice. Beds could have been a bit softer. Very clean, nice to have fridge and microwave.
We were on the third floor, we had an inside entrance. The first two floors had outside entrance rooms too (not sure if there were inside doors too?).
The location was great for all the different places we wanted to go.
The room smelled like cigarette smoke really bad.
