Room keys failed to work repeatedly, causing me to make several trips to the desk to gain access to my room.
Location to the interstate.
I did not get the room I paid for. The attendant was inexperienced and we had to settle for a room that was a single room and not a two bedroom. Very aggravated.
There was nothing to 'like'. We did NOT receive the room we paid for and were told management had 'no responsibility' since we booked through a 'third party'. The suite did not have two beds in the bedroom which is what we booked.
MORE CRITICAL, we were booked into a SMOKING room for the entire 3 night stay. Public areas of the hotel were unpresentable. Chairs in breakfast area had holes in the upolstrery. Staff consistently failed to keep breakfast items stocked.
One of the nicest hotels that we have visited. Comfortable and the staff was accommodating...we traveled with a 5yo.
I was a little nervous considering the other review, but we had a great experience here. I found it clean, the breakfast was good, and the staff was nice and helpful. I did notice one thing when checking out: the customer in front of me was very upset because of their cancellation policy. They were trying to cancel their room Sunday morning for Sunday night. They adhere to their cancellation policy, so only book for what you know you need. I have no complaints and would stay here again. The one-bedroom was perfect for my family of 4.
The hotel is just off Washington Road and very convenient to many restaurants and the interstate. It is a very quiet area. The staff has always been very friendly and helpful. They have free internet service. In the evenings they have a different selection of snacks which are pretty good (wings one night, BBQ another, etc.). The rooms are clean and well maintained. Lots of room to spread out and get work done or just relax.
customer service the worst i have ever seen and i have been all over the world.the night staff knows nothing about customer service and needs serious restaffing.
