Staff at the front desk was very slow at doing everything. The Eagle's Nest 'rooftop lounge' was almost pitch black and had a small bar with a couple tables. The rooms were very small.

The hotel is in a kind of sketchy neighborhood. On one side of the hotel it is filled with dark and grungy strip clubs and pool halls. The other side has a ton of empty buildings. Had a hard time finding a place to eat dinner where we felt safe. Ended up eating at The Whiskey Bar & Kitchen, it was fantastic!

Friendly staff and good continental breakfast. Room was clean and good supply of towels when requested. Staff could pay a little more attention to replacement item after each night. Very convenient to the Masters thanks to the managers directions.

The area is a little rundown but the hotel was remodeled recently. The pool needed attention as it was cloudy and you could not see the bottom. Exit ramp needs to be widened to keep cars from dropping off curb. More detail when repainting room to texture

The new owner has the staff making sure they do all they can to please the Guests. All room should have a place to hang clothing and linens without having to ask for them. The rate was excessive due to the Masters. How ever the sign was advertising a room for --- my room was ---- before taxes. That is hard to swallow. My room was worth about --- including taxes for my party of two adults. I may be in Augusta on business in the future but only if the rates ...

Location is pretty convenient to downtown and Augusta National (we were there for the Masters).

The hotel is quite old, and is very low in the hotel food chain. They say they spray often against roaches, but we killed at least ten during our 3-day stay. Breakfast was very meager - fruit loops the only cereal, packaged pasty muffins, yogurt.

Room was reasonably clean, except for the roaches. WiFi does not reach the rooms. Breakfast was meager. I would not return and do not recommend.

The first room they sent me to was a non-smoking room that smelled like an ashtray's ashtray. The second room smelled like a febreezed ashtray. The room was dirty, noisy, and broken. The hotel is opposite a hospital, so police and ambulances are driving past with sirens running at all hours. The complimentary breakfast only had stale Froot Loops. This was the worst chain hotel I've ever stayed in. I don't think the staff are bad people, but I think they've given up. They should rehab or close this hotel.

Nothing. It was a rundown trashy hotel. No stars

Everything. It was dirty, rundown, front desk guy James was a drunk who first told me my Priceline had been cancelled and seemed upset I had interrupted his show. Had to call one of the Patel owners to come down and check me in.

Horrible and ridiculous price line approved this hotel. I was there five minutes before I decided my safety and well being we're a priority and checked out and then the Patel cartel denied my refund. Everything. It was dirty, rundown, front desk guy James was a drunk who first told me my Priceline had been cancelled and seemed upset I had interrupted his show. Had to call one of the Patel owners to come down and check me in.

The location is in a quiet neighbor, and of course if you like the historic, then you would like the trees and views. The breakfast and service was nice. Internet connection was quick.

The main thing that I believe was a problem was that there was to many steps to take making handling your luggage difficult. If you want a window with a view, you would need to make a request. Although parking was free, the spaces were tight.

I was hesitant about my stay because I saw so many bad reviews; however, our stay turn out to great. I do agree with another reviewer saying that if you want new and contemporary, this is not the hotel for you. This is an older hotel. If you want a newer place, reserve a chain hotel.

Nothing in particular.

My room #106 was filthy. I have never written a review but it was disgusting. Mold ALL OVER the bathroom, stained carpets, broken cabinets, food and stains on counters, dust... Tried to contact the GM and got no response.

The only thing to like about it was that it was available during Masters week.

Worst hotel I've ever stayed in.

It was ok for what we needed it for. A bed and a shower. Other than that it was as close to third world as possible.

Prices are either the average per night price per room or first night of stay. You can select to display the prices with or without our estimate of taxes & fees (which may not appear on provider's booking page but will be charged at hotel checkout). Before you complete your reservation, verify the total cost on the provider's site. Prices and availability are not guaranteed.

Here's why:

We’re not the seller
At KAYAK we don’t set prices, so it’s not possible for us to guarantee what other companies are selling.

We aggregate tons of data for you
Our service lets you quickly and easily compare results from hundreds of travel sites at once. In this sense, KAYAK is a search engine and we don't guarantee prices we find.

Why aren’t prices accurate 100% of the time?
Prices on airline seats, hotel rooms and car rentals can change frequently. Several people may also be trying to buy the same travel option simultaneously. As a result, you may find on occasion that certain prices are no longer available.
