There was no room cleaning over our 3 night stay
Nothing, this is a motel not hotel
Everything was awful
Location and cost, plus free coffee and on the go breakfast.
Somebody spilled some beer on the entrance and it was still there. You had to step aside of the spilled beer to get in the motel.
The staff are friendly,and effecient.
Restroom door in room 240 didn't,and or doesn't close properly. Also,the kitchen sink was/is missing water stoper.Ilike acces to and from hotel parking lot. The room heater works well. The bed is confortable enough.
The actual guestd that stayed here made it enjoyable .@
The refrigerator did not work my entire stay. was offered another room,but i only had one night left and didn't make any sense to move then. I even offered to move and exchange it for another one from an empty room. very upset about wasting food!This is my second visit to this location and have been. dissatisfied both times. First visit my room smelled so strong of stale smoke,that's bad coming from a smoker. this visit was the fridge. worst experience from a extended stay

Yes over booking by pricline had to move to another extended stay. Priceline did the right thing. Problems, house cleaning did not clean room had to change rooms. phones, clocks, did not work right seem small but there are no wakeup calls.Problems, house cleaning did not clean room had to change rooms. phones, clocks, did not work right seem small but there are no wakeup calls. Staff wsa fine but when you get moveds from room to room after a long day its a pain. Matt front desk was very helpful but he can do only so much. My suggestion is this make sure the basics are done. Phones light bulbs, make sure cleaning crew does its job. check equipment remember the small things matter.
The staff was the best I've ever seen at a hotel, at least in the Austin area!
NoThe location was a little farther from the city than I wanted, but the staff and the and the room more than made up for the minimal inconvenience. I will stay there again.
