Pros:The stay was very enjoyable and the hotel was one of the best we've stayed at. We would definitely stay there again.
Pros:Especially liked service staff friendliness. A special thanks to D. J. Collins, the night clerk. He helped us contact some new-found friends for whom we didn't have the last name or room number. He knew and followed all of the privacy rules and passed a message to them that allowed us to contact them. We also liked the fact that you gave the cleaning staff part of Thanksgiving day off. We didn't mind at all that there was limited cleaning service on Thanksgiving. Our air conditioning wasn't working one morning, but the lady at the desk had it fixed while we were eating breakfast. Please pass on to D. J. and others our appreciation. ---- a retired couple from Missouri
Cons:We didn't need the refrigerator, but we did notice that it had been revoved from the cabinet. Otherwise, We have no complaints about the hotel or its service.
Pros:The man at the desk, Jeff was very nice and helpful.
Cons:I was not happy with my stay at this hotel because I did not get the room that I had booked. My room was supposed to have one king bed, and instead, it had two double beds. I was told that they had no more rooms with king sized beds, even though I booked my room almost a week before my stay. The beds were also not very comfortable and the pillows were not either. Overall, I was pretty unhappy with my stay at this particular Hampton. In the past, I have always liked staying at Hampton because of how nice the rooms are, and how comfortable the beds are. I did not have that experience this time.
Pros:Close to the airport with shuttle service to and from the the airport. The shuttle was broken down when we needed to the return to the airport, but the Hampton in paid for our Taxi.
Cons:Its a hampton inn. You pretty much know what you are getting when you sign up. its a hotel with a clean bed, and free breakfast. Nothing to rave about, but at the same time nothing to complain about
