When we left
The smell of mildew is overwhelming. The entire property is in such poor condition that it is actually comical to have it open. The pool lacked water even though if it did, we would not have stepped even near it. We left for another hotel. The worse hotel I have ever stayed in
Location was great
I was disappointed with my reservation because i request a king size and got a full and check out says 12 on our itenary snd they were trying to tell ys it was 11 but besides that no complaints
Friendly staff. Location is fairly close to places I need to go.
My room was COLD! The heater just didn't work. Also the wi-fi in my room was lousy. Worked fine in the breakfast room, but was very spotty in my room.
This is the hotel we typically like to stay at when in Austin. In the past, it has not been a disappointment; friendly staff, decent amenities.
Ants in the room, no hot water, stained bed covering
Location, price and hotel class. Its a nicer hotel with higher class guests with an affordable price.
I reserved a smoking room but they only had nonsmoking rooms available. Asked for late check out and was only allowed one hour. Hotel staff began knocking at our door and calling our room rushing us out.
location, bed, attitude of staff
some of room doors/walls had minor chips in them, towels were rather thin
For the price it was fine even had amenities the Hilton in San Antonio didn't have
Location poor not close enough to airport
The location to get to downtown was an 8 minute drive with no traffic. It's right off of 35 so you can't beat that.
It's old and dingy, the elevator makes scary sounds when it's operated. The a/c did not work right so the room was always hot.You get what you pay for. It's definitely not a 5 star hotel. We stayed here for ACL weekend so it was a great location because it was a very short drive to downtown. The staff was nice. The room was clean but old. The showers are not made for taller people. The breakfast area is small and has cereal, muffins, coffee, and the milk was just sitting out on the counter top. The a/c only had one vent working and even on high it was low, so the room stayed around 78 or 79 degrees, but with 3 people it got hot. The hotel is right next to a gas station with bright lights so it's pretty lit up at night. The hallways smell like ciggarettes. Our room did not smell like them though. The customer service was great & great location, close to the airport.
When we turned the heater on, it set the smoke detector off. At 1 something in the morning, the TV channels stopped working as if cable was cut off.The hotel was cramped with 2 beds & as explained above, horrible experience.
