Pros:Absolutely nothing pressing I pre paid had every thing ready. I even called location to make sure all was good if I needed anything else so I could bring with me they said nope your all good we will have keys waiting. I get there they wouldn't rent me a car even though in pre paid, I needed another cc card which I did not bring so 2 hr trip back .Cons:If I pre pay for car let me use it.Reviewed Jul 13 2020

Pros:Car and price was nice.Cons:Customer service was not great. Not friendly. Accused us of having animals in the vehicle even though we have none and are allergic to dogs and cats. Generally seemed unhappy to be working there.Reviewed Jun 23 2019
