The berkeley was built in 1803 by the hamilton family, situated on the edge of ayr, the property overlooks wellington gardens and is within a 1 minute walk to the town centre, a 2 minute walk brings you to the beach opposite the isle of arran. The berkeley was bought 4 years ago and has since been a labour of love for family and friends to transform the grand old house into a small hotel, being a listed building it was important we retained its georgian style yet bringing the property in line with todays safety regulations and modern day living.
