THE STAFF IS OVERWORKED AND UNFRIENDLY. THE HOT TUB IS MOLDY. THERE ARE MICE IN THE ROOMS, WE SEEN THEM AND CALLED THE FRONT DESK. THEY DIDN'T DO ANYTHING. WE FOUND MICE DROPPINGS AND THEN SEEN A MOUS
