It was neat and clean. I didn't think the value matched the price. This was my first time in Baltimore, so maybe the price was okay. I don't think I'll ever be in the area again.

The parking situation was manageable, in spite of the lot cost. I was able to park on the street and save money.

It is very close to a number of good restaurants and other places of interest. The room was very small with insufficient amenities. Breakfast was okay to poor. Back yard was not cared for at all. Much stuff falling from the trees made it impossible to enjoy. Roof top sanctuary was poor to terrible.

We arrived in Baltimore at Noon on a weekday and booked online while sitting in the car just down the block. I then called the Inn to get advice on parking and check-in time. Though check-in time was normally 3pm, they informed me that they had a room ready and that they could accommodate us immediately. Valet parking was offered - and though not included in the room rate, was very convenient and not too expensive. You can't beat booking a room on your phone and then walking into it 10 minutes later. Every single member of the staff we encountered was super-friendly and very accommodating. Though we did not need anything special during our stay, it truly seemed like the sort of place where they would go out of their way - and be genuinely happy to do so. The charm of the Inn - which includes a variety of very differently-appointed rooms - was only surpassed by the location. If you intend to hang out in the Fell's Point area, I can't imagine a better place to stay. We found it to be a comfortable walking distance to all of the Inner Harbor attractions as well. We did not stay over a weekend night, so I really cannot attest to how the noise from nearby bars might affect the Inn when things (like live music) are going later on those nights, but we definitely enjoyed the proximity enough that I would put up with some of that even if it did filter into the rooms. It was not inexpensive, but fairly priced. Will definitely stay there again on future trips.

This is not really even a complaint, but the first morning we found coffee and continental breakfast laid out in the lobby - and a very nice quaint atrium seating area nearby. There were no waitstaff present and no signs indicating anything about price, etc. so made the reasonable assumption that it was included. We found out after eating that it apparently was not, but when I offered repeatedly to pay they refused to accept it. Since they handled it this way, it is certainly a positive… but a little better communication would have prevented the situation.

Okay 6.0

Location!

Check in staff were not particularly welcoming, nor did they offer any information ... maybe, 'Coffee is all we include, but it is delicious and you can help yourself between 7 and 10.' ANY information would have been appreciated.

Loved the historic charm ... 'ghost tour' guide was fabulous ... did not appreciated the mandated 9.95 daily fee for incidentals we did not use ... would rather is be included in the price.

Hotel was lovely. And in great location.

Reservation was messed. Instead of 1 room with 2 queen size beds, reservation was for 2 rooms with 1 double bed each at 2x the cost. Hotel did the minimum to solve the problem, we got 1 room with double bed plus a roll a way at 1 x cost.

The room was plenty spacious for 4 adults. Did touristy things for the weekend and spent some time at nearby bars. Excellent stay, right price.

location - location - location. Staff was kind and courteous.

overpriced - 4 star price for 2 1/2 star room. room AC couldn't be lowered or didn't work correctly - stayed about 75 degrees. Bathroom door locked without intentionally locking it. Had to McGyver my daughter out.

I'd stay again but only at a name my own price rate. xxx was well overpriced for the room/quality.

The location is perfect. There are plenty of restaurants, shopping, and things to see all very close to the hotel. It also really helped that the apartment came with a parking spot in their garage.

The apartment was great, but nothing near what the photos on the website advertised. The apartment also could have used more cooking utensils (pots, pans, etc.)

Overall I thought this hotel was excellent. Again, the apartment was not quite what the website advertised; but for the price, location, and overall experience I do not think this hotel could be beat.

The standard room was very upscale and roomy. The staff went out of their way to make sure your needs were met and that you kept a smile on your face.

It was a nice experience in this new luxury hotel. The area of Harbor East is upscale and very trendy. It is safe to stroll Aliceanna Street and shop in the upscale stores. There is a movie theater across the way, and several nice restaurants all within walking distance. I prefer this area to the older Harborplace and Camden Yards areas where the masses hang out. Staying one night is not enough to experience all the Four Seasons has to offer. I was expecting the lobby to 'wow' me even more than it did, but all in all it was nice. The elevators could only be used when the guest scanned their room key. This keeps drifters out of the hotel, and helps provide safety to the floors above.

Spectacular views and attentive staff. Easy walking distances to restaurants and shops. If non-chain establishments are your thing...this is the place.

Inner Harbor taxis a little confusing to tell which ran where. Taxi showed color routes but actual water taxi's have no color code to identify itself and route run.

I travel around 40 weeks a year and experience hotel staffs weekly. Upon check in, we're greeted by at the front desk by a charming young lady named Harriott....her total focus was to make our experience at the hotel a pleasant one. Note to GM, need to promote this young lady. A valuable asset to Marriott.

Prices are either the average per night price per room or first night of stay. You can select to display the prices with or without our estimate of taxes & fees (which may not appear on provider's booking page but will be charged at hotel checkout). Before you complete your reservation, verify the total cost on the provider's site. Prices and availability are not guaranteed.

Here's why:

We’re not the seller
At KAYAK we don’t set prices, so it’s not possible for us to guarantee what other companies are selling.

We aggregate tons of data for you
Our service lets you quickly and easily compare results from hundreds of travel sites at once. In this sense, KAYAK is a search engine and we don't guarantee prices we find.

Why aren’t prices accurate 100% of the time?
Prices on airline seats, hotel rooms and car rentals can change frequently. Several people may also be trying to buy the same travel option simultaneously. As a result, you may find on occasion that certain prices are no longer available.
