The room was very large. Electrical outlets were handy no matter where you sat. TV could be watched on sofa or bureau extended and allowed to tilt the TV for viewing in bed. Office space and TV room downstairs were exceptional.
I did not have a car and found the hotel was a bit removed. You can see the mall from room but have to drive because of the highway. Not so much a dislike about the hotel; more about my lack of a car. However, if you are visiting sans car keep it in mindMy stay was outstanding. Was in town for UMaine athletic events and didn't want to leave. Will definitely stay there again.
Clean comfortable room.
Could hear lots of noise from other rooms in the morning.
I have never been in any Marriott hotel that did not have free coffee in the lobby. Even Motel 6 has coffee.
It was close to where I was going.I booked this hotel because I wanted to do some Black Friday shopping. The location was perfect. Upon check in, the staff was very friendly and helpful. The bed was very comfortable! The room was very clean. I really like having a mini fridge available for water, soda, etc. this was my first stay in this hotel and it definitely won't be my last!
Nice room great hours for the pool and hot tubNice hotel comfortable stay
amenities were great.
no worries hereStayed for one nite. Bid xxx for this high end hotel and it was accepted. At that price we could not complain about paying for breakfast(which was priced reasonably).
I got to stay in the best hotel in the city and it was way closer than I expected. Extremely happy. Also I only paid 1/3rd of the full price. I felt like I stole the rooms!
Not one thing.I stayed at the courtyard Marriott in Bangor which was way beyond the class I expected to stay at for the price. The staff were amazing and helpful and I had no issues whatsoever during my two nights. What a beautiful building, location and overall a wonderful stay- I was spoiled.
Low bid price accepted. Utra modern & clean. Easy access to power outlets for charging phones, etc. Spacious room with great lighting.
Hallway/public area carpeting was a bit worn.Spacious, ultra modern rooms with great lighting and plenty of electrical outlets to charge cell phone, computers, etc. The 2 sinks, one inside the bathroom and one outside is a great feature and saved time and hassles in the morning. Public gathering spaces were awesome too with large TV's and lots of seating. Parking was easy and free. Hotel location was good--a little off the beaten path, but not too far from major shopping and dining. While we didn't eat there, the little cafe was well appointed. The only small negative thing we saw was the carpeting in the public hallway was a little stained & worn. Was a great bargain for the low-low bid price we paid. We'd stay again, even if we had to pay list price.
The price & the beauty of the rooms. Oh, & the coffee shop!!
Not that I can think of.I thought it was very nice.
