Well , I have been in tens of luxury and 5 stars hotels around the world. But this hotel with no doubt is the best hotel I have ever seen, from the external style where it look like ordinary family house to the high-tech rooms , it is the paradaise in Barcelona. The hotel staff is amazing , they want serve you even when you don't need any help. Have you ever been in a hotel where the receptionist run before you to open the taxi door for you ? This is just an example of how they are extremely friendly , well I think I need hundreds of lines to talk about this hotel, in general you should give this hotel a try , even for one day !
The staff are excellent and the food is phenomenal
Very comfortable room and delicios restuarant.
SPA zone is closed at 21.00.
The breakfast on Sunday was the worst we had on our trip, stale bakery .The wine by the glass selection was awful and very expensive The corner of the bed is hard and my husband and I both hit it several times
Four of us stopped by this hotel on our business trip. It isn't actually such an ecomonical hotel I wonder if guests think it deserves the cost, maybe which point they focus on. It seems to me it wasn't originally designed for a hotel but a private house and renovated later. It is a petit hotel therefore an intimate atmosphere prevailed and their services were nicely professional, the rooms were clean. I should have come to the hotel as a couple. All of other guests in the restaurant were apparently couples. The staff there didn't push us anything, rather left us in a good way. If need be, they serve, a sommelier adivesed concisely but appropriately. The interior in my room was simple but not cheap.
Staff was professional, kind, helpful, nice people!
Water could be hotter for their fantastic tub and shower
customer oriendted service. and receptionist is really *2 good. Whole service quality and crews are fantastic.
A perfect private retreat. First class facilities and excellent staff. Amazingly stylish and ideal for couples wanting that something special for a long weekend. Some of the best food that one can ever indulge in, a great location and a great atmosphere.
Interesting and unusual design and layout, ideal if one wants a change from the usual hotel experience.
Unfortunately, the technology did not work 100% and that put extra stress on the staff as they tried to rectify the problems. Perhaps the designer tried too hard for his own good and everyone elses.
Perfect combination of top-end F&B and hospitality in a remarkable setting. Young but highly professional staff, utterly correct but still with a personal touch.
Rooms are (too) expensive for this hotel segment, so the excellent restaurant is almost mandatory in order to compensate the overall price.
