Located on the centric Avinguda Paral.lel, and just 10 minutes walking distance to Las Ramblas, Melon District is also right across the street from the subway. The residence offers private single and twin rooms for daily stays with a private bathroom, free safe, and free internet. Each floor has a fully-equipped shared cooking lounge to cook, socialize with others, and relax. The residence also boasts a pool and a sun deck on the roof. Melon District facilities also include a 24 hours front desk, a cafeteria for breakfast, a laundromat and a parking lot, which is subject to availability at an extra cost. Melon District offers double (1 double bed) and twin (2 separate beds) rooms. All our rooms are equipped with a small private en suite bathroom (with shower and WC), shelves, a free safe, air conditioning and heating, and free wireless Internet. Furthermore, on each floor of the building, there is a fully-equipped shared kitchen and living room. Towels and bed linen are always provided, but the room cleaning service is only available for stays of 6 nights or more. There is also the possibility of extra room cleaning for an extra charge. We are located on Avinguda Paral.lel(on the corner of Blasco de Garay in the neighborhood of Poble Sec), just 10 minutes walking distance to the world-famous promenade of Las Ramblas and Barcelona's Ciutat Vella district. Once there, you can visit the Barri Gotic, the city's medieval core, and find yourself in a maze of narrow alleyways clustered around the splendid gothic Cathedral of Barcelona.
