Apt. Super Balmes is a great combination of two brand new apartments located in the heart if Barcelona’s city centre. Placa Catalunya and the famous Las Ramblas are located just within 5 minutes walking from the apartments. Guests can rent a private room and use all the common facilities. Each room is private and lockable and all are for two people, they are equipped with two single beds or with one double bed. All rooms have exterior balconies with window door. There is daily cleaning for all the apartments in the common areas. There is no cleaning in the rooms unless staying 6 nights or more and schedule your room cleaning. The kitchens are new and stylish, furthermore are fully equipped with all cooking and eating utensils, refrigerator, microwave-oven, toaster, electric kettle, and stove. The bathrooms have specially designed for the comfort of the guest. the facilities are all separate. Each apartment has two separate showers and two separate toilets. These apartments are not only stunning, inexpensive and well-equipped but the location is absolutely the perfect base to explore this vibrant city. IMPORTANT INFORMATION, please read carefully: -Minimum stay required: 3 nights -There is no reception area: The management office hours are every day from 9 am to 9 pm. -Apt. Super Balmes kindly request guests to type their first name and the estimated arrival time to the apartment in the 'Remarks/Request' box at the time of reservation. -It is mandatory that you call the apartment when you arrive in Barcelona and before you arrive at the apartment in order to receive your exact check-in time. -Free check-in: From 12.30 am to 21.00 hours. -Late check-in charges: 25 EUR/Each room (21:01 to 23:00 hours). 50 EUR/Each room (23:01 to 01:00 hours). 75 EUR/Each room (01:01 to 11:29 hours) -Cash on arrival: The remaining balance is due on arrival in cash Euros only. Other currencies, credit cards, or cheques are not accepted. -Cancellation policy: Please note that cancellation must be done at least 48-hours prior arrival date otherwise a two-night penalty will be charged by the hotel to your credit card. -No luggage storage: There is no luggage room available. Guests can stored their luggage at the Sants Train station or at the Nord bus station.
