It would have been nice if they had the size of car I rented that would accommodate three car seats. It would have been nice if the location I rented from wasn’t closed, empty, and with a for rent sign on the window. It would have been nice if I didn’t have to drive around to other locations and be on the phone for two days trying to find a a vehicle and then in the end not get anything.10.0 Wonderful

The car I requested was not available. My rate was adjusted and the team member and I found a car together that worked for me. No complaints, but it would’ve been nice to have the SUV. The car also had a distinct smell as if the previous renter had smoked A LOT of cigarettes inside of it. It was not unbearable, but I got out of the car smelling like the cigarettes. In retrospect, I would’ve found a vehicle without the smell.4.0 Mediocre

Cons:
They don't write in the price of the insurance which doubles the price of the car. I asked if I could have the insurance fee removed and they told me to drive back to the pick up location which I did and when I got there they told me if they took the insurance off they would have to close out my reservation and start a new one which would charge me twice for the initial day. Very frustrating and they were not very helpful.10.0 Wonderful
