The attitude of all members of the hotel staff with have come to contact with was excellent - this is the real forte of Les Trois Rois.
The dry cleaning quality is extremely poor (I requested two ties to be dry-cleaned - and they were returned to me completely destroyed).
The view of the dining-room and the lobby.
The staff. I bought un spacious double bedroom and they wanted to impose a "garret"- room.
The service at the bar
The staff was extremely friendly and helpful.
Absolutely 1st class hotel. You really feel like you're back in the 1900's. Stunning renovation of classic architecture.
Liked the ambiance and the staff was outstanding
There was nothing not to like at this hotel
Great location with a great view on the city and the Rhine river; friendly and mindful staff. The gourmet restaurant "Cheval blanc" deserves a special mention.
