It's not a 2 star hotel
The room. I was suppose to have 2 beds only had one so me and my 3 kids had to share. The bathroom had dead bugs on the floor and the carpet was stained.
Hotel staff were super nice!! Rioom was nicer than it was few months ago. i like the upgrades! Awesome stay for the price!
Window treatmemts needed.
Pretty clean for the price. Nothing fancy. Had everything I needed. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was just cereal and muffins but again for the price, it's what you'd expect. Good location right off the interstate and close to Ole Miss.
It was a simple mistake....but things were not smooth.
Somewhat old, dated decor, etc. in the rooms.
FRIENDLY STAFF. LOVED BEING ABLE TO PARK CLOSE TO THE ROOM.
THE BATHROOM DOOR WASN'T CLEANED. Rest of room was fairly clean.
Everyday while our stay, we had to go to the front desk for towels, wash cloths, soap and etc. The room was not cleaned and on two of the days, the bed was not made or linen changed. On checking out, we made our complaints and was given a modest refund.
Filthiest hotel I've ever stayed in. The first room we got smelled musty and moldy. There were dirty towels in the bathroom and an obvious leak had been in the wall which had been patched over with wallpaper that did not match the rest of it.
We got a second room and it too was not clean. There were candy wrappers on the carpet, the shower was backwards from the way it read and the rod that held the shower curtain was sideways and nearly falling apart.
The first room wasn't cleaned nor did it have soap in it so they had to switch my room but it had a strange smell in the room also
Nothing. Not even the low price we paid. They should pay Us to stay there. Filthy!
Dirty, gross and disgusting. Bugs on walls and ceiling falling in. Shower/bathroom full of mold. It rained and we had to walk through pools of water by our hotel room door.
No one thing it should be a motel not a hotel.
People garthering in front of their rooms and other people rooms. Dirty bathroom, mold on shower curtain which had holes in it. Musty smell to the room. We asked for non smoking but you could tell the room had been smoked in. NEVER GOING BACK!
Friendly, helpful staff.
Room reeked of stale cigarette smoke.
We were just traveling thru and needed a room to catch some sleep before moving on. The tv in our room did not work. It was actually unplugged from the wall which we discovered after moving the tv stand. Plugging it in did not help. The refrigerator had leftover food from the previous occupants in it. When we mentioned this at checkout the lady said she ll give us a discount the next time we came. Told her sorry this wasn't gonna happen. If we would be in that area again we would definitely not stay there again.
Room was clean but had seen better days.
I decided to say a few bucks and stay on the cheap ($60 ish) side as opposed to the $* rooms across the road. Room had a refrig/microwave however there was no outlet available to plug it up to. Not sure if previous guest had stolen it or what but wasn't going to use it anyhow. Soap and shampoo was provided to my surprise. Met my needs for a fishing trip however my wife wouldn't have been happy if she would have been on the trip. Sheets appeared clean and room did have towels. Not much else to say, you typically don't get more than you pay for.
why did they charge ten dollars on my bank card and not tell me about it? what is the charge for and why didn't they tell me they were doing it??????
The room coffee maker had left over coffee and food. The repair works that was done, a first grader could have done better.
